they don't have to be all big man its not about hitting the gym 24/7 its about stepping, passing and all the fine skils that make a player not just his size

It's a weighted vest. Nothing to do with protection, it's just a piece of clothing with sandbag type weights in it which you can use to up intensity while walking/sprinting.
i play for an academy rugby side and represtive side as well, its what is focused on a lot, at a young age we mainly focus on doing the basics well and consistently, and to be quite honest skills are what i hate, i love to hit the gym but i know that doing that won't mean i'll do well so i work on my skills a lot

@jonafromwales im the best flanker in the world, in rehab right now will play or london wasps or glasgow warriors in 2-3 years, rigt now weight down to 200 been 280 before stronger nfl centers, gaol get to 250 I owe it to you guys wales taught me how to play at age 13 and 2nd england, already been thier done that. 1/2 yank but as u kno yank land sucks rugby, but mum is scotish only 2 problems america is fake as hell america is about to lose its 50 th stae i got
fair play listening to shane, we really do pronounce words properly, i been in england over 2 years and their grammer and the way they say their words is all slang and out of place, should take some lessons from us in rugby and speaking properly
