I had a very very bad experience with Traya. My few friends are also stuck with their orders. They don't deliver the products on time. They have nobody to talk to for the concerns regarding deliveries and all. Only whatsap support is there and thats also technical and they just close the tickets instead of resolving it. Very bad experience.
