In my sessions I like to use lots of hand movements, a little plucking, soft brushing/rubbing, and other triggers to immerse you into the experience. For this specific session I incorporate the Mag Healy and use the classic program to balance your body. I also add healing tones and binaural audio helping to clear out any blockages or stuck energy. Feel at ease as you relax in a safe place and rest into a peaceful state of mind. ✨
