Greetings! I'm Kelly Jean, and I am honored you stopped by This ASMR Reiki Life. This channel is extension of the work I do at The Peace Room, a healing and training center in Boise, ID. I offer Distance Reiki sessions infused with ASMR and other energy-based modalities including Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Crystals, Vibrational Sound Healing, Yoga, and other mindfulness techniques. The intention with the channel is to offer a space for cultivating practices of healing, wellness, relaxation, and stress reduction for new and old friends and those curious about the immense power we possess within ourselves.

🧘🏽♀️This session is designed to help awake and increase your Mental Clarity using Reiki + ASMR. I guide you through with reiki symbols and sounds to help you heal yourself and drift off into a peaceful sleep. I like to use lots of hand movements, a little plucking, soft brushing/rubbing, and other triggers to immerse you into the experience. For this specific session I incorporate the Mag Healy and use the atmospheric program to balance your chakras. I also add healing tones and binaural audio helping to clear out any blockages or stuck energy. Feel at ease as you relax in a safe place and rest into a peaceful state of mind. ✨

That adjusting of your shirt when it slides off your shoulder followed by immediate brushing of your hair makes it more tingly! I don't know where you place your mic, but they record even faint sounds, and I was surprised the way it captured the sounds of you adjusting the sleeve @3:17. It was very crisp and tingly, not just because of the sound, but because it kind of randomly broke the pattern you had set until then! Hope we get to see more such subtle triggers!
