This is EPIC! I just found this video and am very surprised. Professional software for this kind of analysis/tracking is _very_ expensive.
Does anyone know how to do a similar effect in other more common editors such as VN Editor/CapCut, etc?

4:00 It seems I was able to move the rectangle without a transform node by just selecting the rectangle node and moving its with the on-screen controls, just like you did with the transform node. Maybe I did something wrong, but it seems to work so far.
They probably also use some kind of key, so that the upper part of the circle seems to be behind the legs. Of course the green grass is pretty good for that.

What to do if when I render the tracker completely lose track of the player(because he, like in the video, changed his body position), and it happened in the middle of the vid and not the end so to move frame by frame is not practical… any ideas?
I literally go check your channel every 2 days or so to check out the new tutorials!. It would be great if you can do something like this (ua-cam.com/video/crFgP3pkUOc/v-deo.html) but for Davinci Resolve, since there isn't a single tutorial for it and even in Reddit people are asking how to make this "VOX style timeline animation" for documentaries etc. Waiting for your next video!

You'll have to look up how to track footage in Premier Pro and how to create shapes. The attach that shape to the tracked footage. Start with basics first.

Solved it. I missed the step after the tracking, where you choose operation and then match move. Missing that step makes it go blank
