a really good game, better than RoK!! but for brand new players like me (i play it since three days) there is one big problem: U need gold!! for training your dragons, upgrading immortals and the important thing in the game: sending your ship out! on my server a 12 hours run with the ship cost: 160k Gold! -u cant farm gold like in RoK!! -not one monster, enemy gives u gold! With Castle Level 10 u can build your first house that generates gold. But.... it can hold only 2k Gold if u upgrade it to level 10. (its nothing..u see) The only ways are: daily missions, other quests or maybe events?! (not sure about it) Or if u are lucky and u can join an alliance with citys. Than u get a daily amount of gold. But on most servers u need a ton of Power before they let u in. So its very hard to get gold... in my case i got the monthly gem card from the ingame shop. with this daily gems and the market trick i try to send out my ship every 12 hours. but its very hard, because: training dragons and upgrading immortals cost gold too...
I would say once your primary gets max 1st skill on your immortals, boost level 20, and when you are then strong enough to hit level 40 gnomes. Because you can use the exp scrolls you get from them and having max well of time raids on your secondary march. This would allow you to boost both marches, while your primary is getting closer to max.

One way to help is to only do the 12h 1 time a day. Once dwellings are upgraded and other events come around, it will be easier
