Everything looks really good! But man that’s a lot of sugar😳!
Isn’t much. It just looks like it cause you can see it. Many of the things we eat probably have more we just can’t see the amount.
I have tried making these. I followed the recipe and I could barely taste the sugar when I put a few spoonfuls in a glass with water.
It looks a lot, but you’re not going to consume the whole jar in one sitting. So it’s fine 👌🏻
And it would be a waste if it turns moldy. So I dumped a lot more for the sugar ceiling 😂

Replace the sugar with monk fruit sugar or stevia, that way it doesn't affect you or make you gain weight...I'm pretty sure she uses xylitol, which is sugar alcohol, not real sugar
Same thought but i guess you can replace refined sugar with honey..

Hey, is that normal sugar powder that you take? Does it act like a preservative?
Uncooked marmelade holds up to 2 weeks. Cooked holds up to 2 years. The sugar helps preserve it but actually cooking the fruit makes is hold longer. Also there is a special kind of "preserving sugar" that's used to make marmelade. Not powdered sugar. Hope this helps.

How to make lemon preserve ?
@@Indriyani-du1cd cut up lemons, mix equal parts lemon and sugar and add to jars and let it sit overnight!
Do we keep orange one also for a day and then refrigate or we can just drink it ?
@@junranghae8184 hi! I would suggest leaving it for a day, it’s up to you if you want to refrigerate or not! I like to do it cus I like it to be cold and refreshing :)

Thank you! I have been wanting a more detailed look at the way you make the fruit jam drinks and this helps a lot. I have canned on and off all my life, but not exactly the way you do it as I process it in a water bath after jarring, so leaving it at room temperature was different for me but I like it as the taste should be fresher. Anyway, I will try this. Thank you so much!
