I just discovered this channel and it's really inspiring and I'm starting to take her example into my life (with cultural differences in the food but still). I had a pretty well organised life before the discovery but I have still been able to improve some things and I'm really happy I did

I always have kale smoothie in the morning. Here's what i do - 1 cup kale leaves, 1 cup frozen fruits (i have a combination of mango/pineapple, i think it goes well with kale vs banana&apple), 6 tbsp of yogurt and a bit of water (i want my smoothie watery)... that's all! it's so refreshing and yummy!

Hi Jihyun! I want to give you a recipe from Turkey that I think you will like.Food's name is Menemen .A meal that can be consumed all the time. Recipe:First, you cut 2 medium onions in small cubes.Then you pour some oil into the pan and roast the onions.Depending on the onion you chop some pepper (it shouldn't be too big).And you cut 2 medium tomatoes into cubes, and when the pepper and onion are cooked, you add the tomato between them.You should add spices to taste. We usually add ground red pepper, salt and pepper.Optionally, when the tomato is cooked, you can break an egg on it.You can find a video about how it is made on UA-cam.We Turks love to consume Bon appetit :))

here's how I do my kale juice and it tastes delicious:
-kale
-oranges
-apple
-beet
-carrot
-spinach(optional)
-strawberries also give a delicious taste
BOOM delicioussssss
*don't use bananas while doing green juices, it makes it taste horrible
