So if she continued to work on the reduced salary let’s say for another 5 years , she would be on a lower pension 5 years later than if she retired now because her pension is based upon her actual last few years salary. Essentially they forced her to retire now or be severely penalised way into her retirement and beyond . They treated her disgustingly.

@dan riley Clark county is a cesspool of politics and Washoe but the rest of the state is very good. In fact all the other counties vote 2 to 1 and 3 to 1 Republican the last 3 elections.
