Marvin Lewis lasted 16 years as the Bengals head coach with barely over a .500 record and 0-7 record in the playoffs... If Zac Taylor doesn't last Burrow's whole career with the Bengals I'd be shocked with an impressive 5-2 record in the playoffs and the only 3 road playoff wins in team history. I'm a Bengals fan and I don't know if he's actually good at his job or not still and his game management decisions are extremely questionable at times. But Burrow and other players have come out saying they want him to stay with the team, so who am I to argue? Plus, Mike Brown will almost never fire a coach who he owes money to.
Yeah Mike brown won't fire him. It took them making the super bowl for him to finally decide to build an indoor practice facility for his team. They have to walk under a major highway just to get to their current practice facility. There is no way he is firing zac Taylor ever. He will wait until his contract expires before replacing him.

In defense of Belichick, there hasn't been an NFL Playoff game in Cleveland since he was coach. He also went 11-5 that season Brady got hurt halfway through Week 1
True, but having one guy run the team will almost inevitably cause ideas to become rigid and stale. I wonder if the changing game and Belichick’s biases from his championships are blinding him to the fact that the style of play under those circumstances won’t work anymore. I think he has an argument for greatest coach of all time, but I also think he’s the root of most of the issues in New England right now.
@tbird8166 That's likely true as well. Belichick notoriously struggles against talented dual threat QBs like Lamar Jackson, Patrick Mahomes, and even Justin Fields. A sign he hasn't fully adapted to modern football
In defense of those browns. They were literally a different organization back then that was only a few years removed from going to 3 afc championships in 4 years with a pro bowl qb Bernie Kozar who was promptly benched by Belichick and even then his replacement Vinny Testeverte would only breakout and play the best football of his 21 year career until after the browns ditched Belichick in Cleveland and became the Ravens. From Drew Bledsoe to Matt Cassel and potentially now Mac Jones. Besides Brady every pro bowl caliber QB that belichick has ever coached in his career has had both the worst seasons of their careers under him and their best seasons of their careers without him. This is not to say that belichicks not a great coach but just that there’s a lot of evidence that suggest that his coaching not only can’t develop or improve a qb but seems like it actually downright hinders their ability instead. I’m sure belichick still could’ve also won superbowls with other hall of fame QBs as well this is not to discount him. But I’m just pointing out that the gap between his success with and without Brady compared to whatever the gap between a pro bowl caliber qb and the goat is probably where the answer to this debate truly is. If you think the gap of success is at least the same or bigger than the qb gap then it proves belichicks greatness. If you think it’s similar then if you were consistent then you’d remember all the countless other hall of fame coaches that were able to win with other non hall of fame and even non pro bowl QBs as your reasoning against belichick.
There’s zero connection bw the two orgs that splintered the Browns. Belichik coached the final season before that team moved to Baltimore. The Browns now are an expansion franchise. Totally disconnected. It’s no different than imposing the Jaguars or Texans franchise in relation to the proportion of Belichik’s impact - there’s no correlation to be had. But that same franchise he WAS part of went on to be very successful immediately after him as the Ravens

Regarding your comment about MCDC being loved by every fanbase, can confirm. I’m an officer in WI and a die hard packers fan. My dept assists with the opposing teams escort/hotel security. MCDC walked well out of his way to say what’s up and asked how my day was going. Normally don’t get acknowledged by players/coaches, which is to be expected on game day. So it was pretty cool, going into the final game of the season that the head coach took just a few seconds to say hi. Will always be an MCDC fan after that
Side note, I think your rating on LaFleur is a bit generous. The fanbase was pretty fed up with his play calling last year, and him not firing Joe Berry only added to it. I’d put him at a 3/5
@@readyt0hunt Human nature: people are more franchise than player-loyal & prefer having one easily-identifiable villain. They're also affected by physical attractiveness which Lafleur has. Despite the _FACT_ that Rodgers, who is not some slow, unwanted step-child suggested how to handle the problem of the rookie receivers & Lafleur refused to listen to him, everyone intentionally forgot this fact that made Rodgers look smarter. They forgot it *immediately after* it became apparent that Rodgers' suggestion was better than what was happening, & they forgot it harder once it was clear that Lafleur was just going to plow ahead as if, as reports suggest, he wasn't smart enough to enact Rodgers' idea anyway. Like the story of Campbell. But what is the MC in MCDC?
He’s just flat out wrong about Eberflus. Worst roster in the league last year and it wasn’t even close but he STILL kept the team in close games throughout the year.
@zackb1813 lost close games but they were also 1 point from having the worst scoring differential to go with that worst overall record. 6 of their losses were by 16 or more. They lost 2x as many games by 16 or more than they won. You could have added 7 points to every game, and they still wouldn’t have been a winning team, and they still would have had a negative point differential.
@@paulmayer8654 Yeah we got completely blown out a few times but 7 losses were one score games and Trevor Simeon started two of the other losses I mean what else would you expect.
@@StandbySM every team loses 1 score games. That’s not really a positive argument when you also get blown out that much. If they had only 2 or 3 bad losses then maybe, but 6 losses by that much is pretty wild too.
@@paulmayer8654 If you watched the team you would see that our one score games were truly close, and many were against good teams. Watching also shows that this team was NOT poorly coached. Very few penalties, no stupid decisions, and they never gave up.
It's true, just listening to Dan Campbell talk makes you like the guy. He's got so much charisma that unless they just bottom out with a 4 win season this year while the packers are potentially crippled, they won't get rid of him for a while.
Even putting Saleh’s record aside, the fact that they likely have 2 years of Rodgers means that anything short of an impressive playoff appearance this year will result in them going out and hiring a safe, reputable coach the way Denver did for their Manning SB.
As a falcons fan I’d say that ranking for Arthur Smith is fair. He’s gotten more than he should’ve out of the team the past 2 years so he’s got some leniency but if we fall off a cliff he’s gone. If we go 7-10 or 9-8 or something like that he’ll probably get another year before his seat gets hot
Eagles fan here just wanna say that before i say this, i believe that Mac Jones will have a bounce back season, with an actual OC. i like him as a player and he seems like a good person.
2/5 for McDermott seems generous, thank you :) I'll always be grateful to McBeane for immediately ending our drought and turning us into perennial playoff contenders. I do wish we could get a ring, but they aren't big on selling out for flashy moves to become a god tier team. They'll probably have a Green Bay type run I'm afraid.
as far as staley is concerned, this year is massive to see whether or not he can put it all together on defense while a hopefully more competent OC in kellen moore uses herbert's innate talent to bust through his ceiling. not only is staley on the hot seat but his replacement might already be in the building if staley's vaunted defense fails to take charge
It's going to be funny when Mark Davis goes to Tom Brady for help to pay off the contract of Josh McDaniels after he gets shit canned again. It's the circle of life for Joshua and Tommy Boy. 🤣
the ravens just need to win in the post season. it doesn't make sense that they have had crazy regular season success for 5 years and have won a single playoff game.
Look I'm a bears fan and all, but I completely get someone not knowing the head coach of my team considering we went 3-14 last year. I had that same feeling all season with the texans, until week 18.
I disagree with Brandon Staley's ranking. Given the absolute shitshow that was the way the Chargers finished out the last two years, there is no way in hell he should have kept his job after that under normal circumstances. Clearly, the only explanation is that Staley has some damning info on Dean Spanos that he is using to blackmail his way into keeping his job, thus making his ranking a -10/5.
I think Matt LaFleur is a bit warmer than you think. (IMHO) If they aren't ready from the start, there will probably be a lot of people in the head office asking questions, especially if Rodgers has a decent start.
ron rivera ain’t just on the hot seat, he’s on fire
Yeah especially with new ownership coming in he has to perform well, and even then if he does they may fire him anyway and put Eric Bienemy in charge.

0/5 for the Dilf, Master-of-the-Shanahat, We Could All be Dead by Sunday himself... Kyle Goatahan.
@@choosecarefully408Motor City Dan Campbell 🦁
@@paulmayer8654 Thanks.
Hey Barry, would you do an all-time head coach rankings?
Stefanski looks like an older battle hardened jimmy G
Also proof a beard helps a man the guy looks like a goof without one 😂
The Mike Tomlin picture killed me 😂😂
Man you are funny as hell
Jim Irsay has decided to hire very... interesting people. Please Barry, help me survive until training camp 🙏
Great video, my wife's plumber always like your videos.
We normally watch together every wednesday, before I leave to work at Wendy's.
Lol 😆wtf 🤣
“He’s the best coach the titans have had since Jeff Fisher”💀
Hey Barry, what’s your prediction for how many coaches are fired next offseason?
As a bears fan i enjoy watching Barry's content because he always brings me back down to earth. however the organization has taken the right steps
Very few penalties, no stupid decisions, and they never gave up.
interesting to see this new era of barry mccockiner sodfather truther videos
I love you barry , praying for you brother ❤ . Thank god for football .
Barry please reupload the head coach fight club video it is your greatest work I don’t know why you took it down
And there we have it. Josh McDaniels is the first head coach fired this season
Love ya Barry
It's true, just listening to Dan Campbell talk makes you like the guy. He's got so much charisma that unless they just bottom out with a 4 win season this year while the packers are potentially crippled, they won't get rid of him for a while.
Just imagine if he ends the Lions' playoff win drought. Even if they only make it to the divisional round, that probably buys him a good 5 or 6 years
Barry,
Nearly every year there is a surprise team that make a big leap forward.
Which team/s do you think are most likely to do this in 2023?
That 3rd Reich bit was actually hilarious!
Barry please make a video grading NBA free agency signings.
I NEED your thoughts to have an objectively correct opinion
if you're gonna give out all these .5 rankings why not just make it out of 10?
Even putting Saleh’s record aside, the fact that they likely have 2 years of Rodgers means that anything short of an impressive playoff appearance this year will result in them going out and hiring a safe, reputable coach the way Denver did for their Manning SB.
Staley is on the captains seat of the Hindenburg
Lol the Kirk Cousins comment is so accurate😂
“It’s the Jets and what can go wrong will go wrong” aged so beautifully
Thank gravy for you Barry
Seeing a top 20 coach of all time would be dope
Man, that deadpan delivery coupled with those pictures...
Las Vegas raiders: Turd Sandwich
Lmaoo had me dying 😂😂
I’m very happy this is how I chose to spend the 20 minutes time limit my wife’s boyfriend puts on the computer! Awesome video Barry
Im loving all of the new fresh content Barry, you are singlehandedly saving me from marijuana overdosing and adultery
I laughed so hard when you showed the mom from goonies for Belichick
Barry, do best NBA/NFL coaches ever lists
As a falcons fan I’d say that ranking for Arthur Smith is fair. He’s gotten more than he should’ve out of the team the past 2 years so he’s got some leniency but if we fall off a cliff he’s gone. If we go 7-10 or 9-8 or something like that he’ll probably get another year before his seat gets hot
Eagles fan here just wanna say that before i say this, i believe that Mac Jones will have a bounce back season, with an actual OC. i like him as a player and he seems like a good person.
I knew Brandi Love was coming but it still got me 💀
You should rank every Tom Brady season or every LeBron season just like you did with MJ.
Skip the lebron one
I died laughing at the raiders one lol
9:06 Interesting spelling of Josh McDaniels.... 🤣🤣🤣🤣
...........then I LOST IT with "Bill Belichick's" pic 💀🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣💀
3rd generation Packer fan and we haven't had a good coach since lombardi. Holmgren and mcarthy had 1st ballot HOF'rs and only able to get 1 SB each.
bubbe wake up, barry mcockiner posted
Barry opts for the 1-5 scale instead of a 1-10 and proceeds to use half points all video, truly an all time flex
And 0's! He's ascended
Turd Sandwich, I could not have said it better myself.
That Frank Reich ranking aged well😂
2:57 What Makes this even more concerning is the fact that Frankreich literally translates to France in German
2/5 for McDermott seems generous, thank you :)
I'll always be grateful to McBeane for immediately ending our drought and turning us into perennial playoff contenders. I do wish we could get a ring, but they aren't big on selling out for flashy moves to become a god tier team. They'll probably have a Green Bay type run I'm afraid.
God damn it Barry now UA-cam wants me to watch the movie Downfall.
as far as staley is concerned, this year is massive to see whether or not he can put it all together on defense while a hopefully more competent OC in kellen moore uses herbert's innate talent to bust through his ceiling. not only is staley on the hot seat but his replacement might already be in the building if staley's vaunted defense fails to take charge
17:55 this man Barry is unbelievable 😂
I just recently found out who Andrew Tate was. I wish I hadn't.
As a Seahawks fan I thank you for this revelation, I am going to exclusively watch Brandi Love videos now
Dan Campbell and Detroit, are an absolute match made in heaven
Thomas Edward Patrick Brady, Jr.
skip, that you?
Zac Taylor is a legend
Look I'm a bears fan and all, but I completely get someone not knowing the head coach of my team considering we went 3-14 last year. I had that same feeling all season with the texans, until week 18.
Barry is a gigantic Bears hate train, very negatively biased against them at all times, just a trend this viewer has noticed
What have the bears done since 1985?
Staley should've been left on the tarmac in Jacksonville. That dudes seat should be 8/5
Barry is the only channel that makes me care about a sport I understand nothing about
You can vaguely hear something tapping in the background of this video, and its driving me nuts.
Like a fan spinning in the background.
Groper Cleveland gon get his coaching staff fired 🤣🤣
Hey Barry, love your content. Would love to hear your opinion on the true GOAT and American hero, Joey Chestnut
Missed your shot at "Larry the Daboll Guy" at 14:06. You're slipping, Barry
Isn’t it supposed to be the New Jersey Packers? And what happened to Rivera’s total stats line? Good job for the rest.
I know the preface kind of explained why he's not on here I'm just a fan of how Mcdaniels isn't on here. He's gonna get his 5 year rebuild.
I think Matt LaFleur is a bit warmer than you think. (IMHO)
If they aren't ready from the start, there will probably be a lot of people in the head office asking questions, especially if Rodgers has a decent start.
well done on the bellacheck photo well done.
W daddy Barry post
The Colts have always been kinda fishy. Big agree Barry
Rivera, Bowles, McDaniels, Stefanski are definitely on the hot seat.
