I legitimately don't know how I could live my life without all of my calendars (also, why is it so entertaining to see how other people organize their lives too?! I could literally watch videos like this for hours on end!!!)
It's so silly, because I've jumped on the bandwagon of watching people make their bullet journals and create capsule wardrobes, but my own house/life is a mess hahaha!! And I'm doing good, work has been INSANE these last couple months and is just now settling down, so I feel like I'm catching up on some me time finally :)
I'm feeling so inspired to be more organized! I'm not usually so busy (to justify a planner) but I think being more organized could definitely help me be more productive and get more out of my day and that would be amazing. Your paper planner is so gorgeous! I love Rifle Paper Company.
Okay umm this was so helpful!!! In my Booktube newbie tag I literally said my biggest challenge in starting a channel is staying organized. I love the planner you have and how it lets you make lists...that is so perfect. My planner lists everything by time and I always end up scratching those out and using it as a list instead.
Loved this. I am still a pen and paper girl. I just haven't connected digitally. I often feel that just the act of writing things down helps me remember better. I also love crossing off tasks once I've completed them.
I guess I'm meant to think about journaling/planning today. I just watched a video from Ariel Bisset where she talks about micro-journaling using her calendar. In my planner I really only use the monthly view right now and the weekly view pages just sit blank. I got the idea from her to start using those pages as mini-journaling/moments to remember/things I did that day notes. I am excited about trying that out since I like the idea of journaling but not the idea of writing a lot! haha.
This is so awesome Mollie! I've been holding off going digital for so long but between all of my jobs and school and other obligations it just makes sense to use a digital calendar. Thank you so much for showing us it was super helpful!
Thanks for sharing! I know schedules can be tricky to juggle with a partner/spouse. I use Google Calendar and then an Erin Condren planner. I tried a work planner and home planner but I was re-writing stuff way too often. I love keep track of work projects and events on my monthly calendar, then having space for my weekly/daily tasks.
Thanks for sharing the Google Calendar. use mine but didn't know it would make lists that way! The 1,3,5 method is also super helpful Thanks for sharing that too!
Oh my gosh, Merideth, I didn't know I could make lists on my Google Calendar either! It's much more functional now. :) And I love the 1, 3, 5 method! Glad you loved it too!
I feel like I'm one of those who need a physical calendar to work with just because I love writing in my tasks. the Internet can always mess up and that makes me nervous lol but I feel like bullet journaling is such a great invention to organize things while being creative. will you be posting any bullet journal videos? :)
lol I totally get it! I love physically writing in tasks, too! I may eventually post a bullet journal video, but I don't really stick to it anymore. I want to pick it up again with my reading though. I had a reading-specific bullet journal that I loved! I just always forgot to update it haha!
I really loved this video, Mollie! Rifle Paper Company as well - so pretty! Does your calendar have a specific name? I love the format that has a to do list for everyday.
You know, I have google calendar, but I've never used it like this. I should start because I actually didn't know how functional it could be on a daily basis. I'm also so unorganized that my planners go unused so often. It's bad because I have a busy enough life that I *can't* keep track of it all in my head. Also that Rifle Paper Co journal!!!! Off to watch part 2!
That was me too! I didn't know how functional it was day-to-day, and now I'm obsessed! It's definitely tricky when you have a ton going on! THAT RIFLE JOURNAL
I've been using ToDoist lately and love it. My new job is pretty task-heavy, so keeping up with that and all of my freelance & personal tasks can be a lot, but the way ToDoist allows me to focus on one day's tasks at a time and move things around so effortlessly is huge.
Found one in urban outfitters which I absolutely love! The layout isn't as good as yours but it's the best I've found. I don't understand why shipping is soo expensive!xx

Oh my gosh, I know!! I think it's so interesting to watch how other people organize TOO! How are you doing girl!?

I find organizational videos so therapeutic! Can't wait for the next one :)
THANKS JEN!
I have always been a firm believe in the calendar. I also mix my personal and professional. It is great to have everything in one place.
YES! I mix my personal and professional, too, but some people HATE that. I'm the same way though; I love having everything together.
I'm feeling so inspired to be more organized! I'm not usually so busy (to justify a planner) but I think being more organized could definitely help me be more productive and get more out of my day and that would be amazing.
Your paper planner is so gorgeous! I love Rifle Paper Company.
Yay! I'm glad it was inspiring for you!! Ahh, I love Rifle, too. I could buy all of their products! xx

Totally get it!! I'm the same way; that's why I don't think I could ever fully get rid of my paper planner! :)

BooksAndJams I just watched it myself and LOVED it! Brilliant idea!
I'm with you! All paper for me...won't even read digital books ....I want to hold the real thing!
This is so awesome Mollie! I've been holding off going digital for so long but between all of my jobs and school and other obligations it just makes sense to use a digital calendar. Thank you so much for showing us it was super helpful!
That was EXACTLY how I was! I hope you love it. Thanks for the kind words!!
I have started using my calendar on my phone for events so I don't forget and it's super handy.
I wish I utilized my calendar on my phone more than I currently do. I love that though! It's so handy! :)
This was fantastic, Mollie! You are so honest and helpful, I truly look forward to your uploads. Have a great week!
Aw thanks Jenny! That's so sweet. :) Glad it was helpful!
I like this video I find it really helpful for me and I'll even use it for school assignment
Always a joy watching your videos! Thanks you gave me some new ideas for my system. :)
Thanks Cora

It's definitely helpful! It's been a huge help just for the day to day tasks! 😊
google calendar looks awesome! I have had gmail for years but have never used calendar!
That was exactly how I was, too! It'll change your life
Awesome. I made my self a cup of coffee and sit and watched. And now I am going to fill my google calendar :D
YAY! That's awesome. :) I hope it inspires you! xx

Such a well done and well thought-out video! Color coding is the best:)
P.S. That blue nail polish is stunning!
Thanks girl! That's so sweet. :) And I loooove to color code (even my nails, haha, jk!).
I really loved this video, Mollie!
Rifle Paper Company as well - so pretty! Does your calendar have a specific name? I love the format that has a to do list for everyday.
Thank you Kristi! So sweet!! I actually tried to see if it has a name, but I think it's just the Rifle 2017 Planner!
You know, I have google calendar, but I've never used it like this. I should start because I actually didn't know how functional it could be on a daily basis. Very cool! I'll have to check out ToDoist; I've never heard of it! Thanks for the tip. :)
So helpful 👌🏼
Yaaay, thanks Emme! I'm so glad.
I LOVE YOUR PLANNER!! but I'm in the uk and the shipping is pretty expensive :( a very helpful video, cant wait for the next one
Aw I hate that it's expensive for shipping. :( That's the worst. Hopefully you can find something more affordable that's even better! Thanks, girl! xx

Midnight dinner?! Is the circus in town? ;)
YES!! ;) I wish it stayed in town, but you know how it is: one day it's there, the next it's gone. xx
