I just got this exact guitar today. Within 5 minutes I fell in love with it. I was shocked how light it felt. Also shocked of how small the body was compared to my fender strat. I’m 5ft 6 so these are all good things for me :). Excellent reach on the higher frets and neck felt great, not too thin and not too thick.

I have that exact model (AZ2204N) and color and I love it. Especially the alt switch and nine available settings. My trem was also set flat and incredibly stiff from factory. I haven't messed with it yet because I use the trem sparingly, but I suppose loosening the screws inside the cavity and perhaps removing one of the springs should do it.

i recently got an az 2204f it has different pickups in it, theyre a bit hotter/ more modern i guess. but its a great guitar i love it.

There's something nice about the black body and the tortoise shell pickguard. What is the fingerboard? The HSS pickup configuration should provide an abundance of tonal shapes. Premium price for a premium guitar though. Definitely for high quality players. Set that thing up and plug it in!

I wish that there was an hardtail version of this or any HSS strat like guitar with higher specs cuz over the years can't seem to find anything like it.
You could do... buy a AZES31 & AZES40 and swap it!
@@TomoFujitaMusic How do you mean "swap it" I always wondered why guitar manufacturers never seem to do hardtail S-style guitars... I think that would sell like crazy because personaly don't use a trem at all if ever.

Tomo sensei is this okay if I play funky guitar without a pick? I'm a fingerstyle guitarist who finds awkward with a pick. I don't even like the muddy dull tone I make with a thick pick when strumming
Anything you wish as long as you enjoy! All good! But these are choices. 1) Pick
2) Finger Picking
3) Finger Picking and Pick
I just don't want people to miss anything. That's all.
Pick playing is another art! Very very difficult to control!

please do explain to me, why do people doesn't use tremolo just simply use fixed bridge guitar?
Simply I am not great at. So I have worked on my bending & vibrato more than anyone! Glass is FULL. If I add something, something will spill out! So I keep everything as simple as I can. I limit myself so that I can be good at certain area. Not everything!
My az2402tff didn't come with the Ibanez manual. I bought the only one in stock here in South Africa. But when I got it the Ibanez manual and the Ibanez warranty paper was missing. The store ignores me regarding the issue. Not sure how to get hold of the manual.
You can simply ask Ibanez! They will be happy to provide you one!
