i understand different bodies of water have different characteristics for wading but in this particular I’d not really consider that deep. mid stomach high? calm water? no dangerous current? sounds fantastic to me I’d not think twice to wade that deep in water like that. And have several times. Dealing with currents and swells on the other hand…. yah I’m staying no deeper than my hips for sure.

I have seen him in person before. Guy is tall. Hard to tell on camera. That water would have been over my head
I caught my pb trout under the packery bridge on a incoming tide. Used the biggest shrimp you have ever seen. Gator was 27 1/2 inches
