Dr Hegde as usual, at his best, seen many of his lectures, and his other best quality is he does speak, kanada, tamizh and malayalam, huh thats too much, with other multiple medical related degrees and accredition. and this girl is fantastic, her queries, the way she asks(pronunciation of tamizh) and as well her looks fantabulous.
