It’s a very nice collaboration between the companies and looked great in person, not quite as thin as the Samsung frame tv but if you’re all in on Sony displays or unable to run the cable or didn’t think ahead about the control box for a frame TV this sure is a good alternative
Sony need to go back to the drawing board on this. The bezel on this TV looks like it's 6x thicker than the Samsung frame. This is like mounting a huge shadow box on your wall.
Na, this isn’t equivalent to a Samsung The Frame. To begin with the picture is glossy not matte as it should be. Second the Samsung display turns off in art mode and back on when there is motion. This is a recipe for screen burn in.
We've wanted a Sony TV solution, like Samsung's Frame TV for years. Now we have it!
I want that for my A80CL it’s insane

Agreed. We’re happy there’s an option for Sony. And, they could very well introduce other frame styles

How much? And are they going to sell them to consumers?
We don’t have pricing yet. Being Leon built, it’s likely a dealer item
Sony actually did this already, about a decade before Samsung. The Bravia EX1

What do you think?
What a half ass attempt by Sony.
Sony is a joke. They should do themselves a favor and get out of the TV business.
