I found the TV to be great, but the Frame portion needs some work. The included art is a little too bright, so it looks like a photo instead of a piece of art. Also, I imported some of my own pictures, onto the included USB, and named them Family 1, Family 2, Family 3, etc (you can rotate between up to 12 pictures). But when you pull them into the frame, it does not go by your actual names (not sure what logic is used), so I had to manually re-order them on the screen. Not a big deal, but a little bit of a pain when you want to switch between different picture sets you pull in (I also have some scenery pictures loaded onto the USB). Also, the options of the time to switch between pictures is, none, 3 minutes, daily, weekly, monthly. You think there would be options such as 10 minutes, half an hour, an hour, two hours, six hours. Three minutes to a day is a strange time frame. Finally, the set-up is rather complicated. My A/V guys had a hard time figuring everything out, and this is what they do for a living. Hopefully there will be some updates to make the Frame portion work a little easier.
