Hi GoWithLess friends!! How grateful I am that Eric accepted my invitation to share his knowledge about his methods to earn and redeem his credit card points and miles. I've been impressed with the trips he's posted in the GoWIthLess Facebook group. Hopefully, you learn a lot from this recorded session. What's the best redemption you've ever had? Share below!! Cheers from Bali, Amy
Wonderful video! I learned so much from this. I just received the 90,000 Chase Ink points that you suggested I apply for back in February. So I think we now have close to 400,000 Chase ultimate reward points. Three years ago we flew from Boston to Chiang Mai using ultimate reward points using the Chase portal and now realize that was a mistake. Oh well, we’re learning. Thanks for making this great video and sharing.
I just retired & looking forward to more travel. I’m new to earning & using points for travel hacking. This discussion was loaded with helpful info - thank you! I have 4 credit cards but only use 2. Having any more credit cards sounds so intimidating!!! I have lots to learn and lots of cards to (eventually) apply for! My best redemption was using my Southwest (& companion fare) points for 2 round trip air to Hawaii for $22.40! Loved that!!
Glad it was helpful! I hope you’ll check out our other travel hacking videos and use our link to find the best next card for you - links.gowithless.com/TFYT (it’s free but might help us…thank you!)
Great video. Thank you both. One thing to keep in mind on some of the Chase Ink cards is that you must have one of their "premium" cards to transfer to airlines.
Great info. Unfortunately, you have to plan wwaayyy far in advance to get those low miles. We don't. Sometimes we don't decide until a week out where we are going. We're also not lucky in finding those great bonuses/deals.
Great video with useful information. I know you both mentioned canceling your cards to sign up again for the bonuses. How long do you generally wait after having canceled?

Learned a lot here, we're in a similar spot being in southern Cal and having a lot of Iberia points already!
Wow - such great insight. You all answered a bunch of questions I didn't know to even ask. Thanks a ton!
