Toontrack is always my go to in the production, even though the client wants to record the drums, SD3 put the production in another level, and the percurssion libraries saves me too much time to achieve the same results that i find in a expensive rec studio! Thank you Toontrack!!!!!
@@freetown10 I know this, and I fully agree. But I'm not saying that I'm going to replace the actual drums with SD3, but SD3 always adds something when combined with the recorded kit, and it sounds really cool. I advise you to try blending your recorded bass drum and snare with the SD3 tones. It's not just me who does it, but many great producers do. It's not about replacing, it's about adding.
Well after having bought every superior library/expansion along with every EZX expansion also with the ROOMS OF HANSA being the last big add-on, It is a given that I have no choice but to add this Latin Cuban to the collection naturally, It'd be rude not to do so. It is a ripe time for the release of such an add-on/expansion kit like this. As great as the trusty old faithful Latin Percussion EZX when mixed with whatever one's choice of typical drumkits from certain libraries or in my case often a real mish-mash of quite a number of different kit pieces used from many different libraries being very useable for drums with an extended, authentic Latin vibe is great, this sounds like it will just open up many more routes to explore/go down. I am not the type of person that tends to use much in the way of percussion but ever since the release of the Hip-Hop EZX (even though I don't often deal with Hip-Hop or similar styles) then the more recent Orchestral Percussion SDX and the Action EZX, I have found myself incorporating a more extensive range of percussive elements in my work. I rarely am not looking forwards to a Toontrack release for Superior or EZdrummer as I always find pieces in each which end up becoming often used, The manner in which things can so easily be stacked/layered up inside of Superior Drummer 3 is top-notch along with being to save a complex setup and easily just recall it. All the very best to everyone that is part of the Toontrack Music AB team and the same sentiments to all, Cheers! Dean
This is excellent ! Mr Toontrack please more , more more of these videos ... I would love if Toontrack could make some video TUTORIAL available with the midi files (in a zip file) played in the video using ALL their wonderfull EZxxx products - since I "proudly own" all of them now with the recent excellent EZBass - like in this video so I could focus separately on each part to try learn how to play Latin Cuban music .a kind of "start to finish" video explaining each part separtely focusing on each EZxxx instrument would be really cool. Since I do not have much talent and two left hands ;o) I am particuliarly interrested by the keyboard (midi) part played by Mr Valera and seing it played on EZKey with chord names, etc. (Thanks for this Toontrack) would certainly help me a lot to learn this wonderful Latin Cuban musics genre. (sorry for my bad English)
All top-notch musicians. Richie Flores, wow! I just looked him up. Dude is amazing!

Hopefully there's an upgrade path to Latin Cuban Percussion from Latin percussion.
I would love to see how this was created
Piano salsa MIDI? This latín cuban? Por las dudas lo digo en español por qué yo tengo el ezkeys con latín cuban (MIDI) y están esas melodías de piano?
