In this clip from the "Next Level Soul Podcast" with Alex Ferrari, Aaron unpacks what scholars call, "The Battle of the Apostles" which took place in the first century. Aaron explains the drastic differences between the Gospel teachings of Jesus, and those of Paul, who completely usurped and contradicted Jesus' actual teachings. This is why James, the brother of Jesus and the 12 disciples vehemently opposed what Paul was teaching.

Hey Brother, i dig on your message, you seem earnest about spreading it. Why not actively get in the ring with some Apologists? I think if you can maintain your presence & the intention you express on this topic, you'll come off opening alot of eyes. Really dig how you're reintroducing Jesus to the 'Consciousness' community who've largely left the church, but the 'Getting back to Jesus', angle will move alot still sitting in the pews & likely garner alot of views. I KNOW the realization Jesus didn't speak about Hell seriously resonates
Cliffe Knechtle seems a good faith actor willing to put beliefs to debate. For all the faults of Paul, he certainly had the stones to walk into the fire to debate. Maybe you can be an Anti-Paul😂 Blessings Aaron@AaronAbke

I watched this whole interview on Next Level and I can’t tell you what it means to me. I grew up in the Bible Belt. There was one way you were allowed to believe. And my soul never aligned. From day one it felt off. But seeing you restore the truth gives me more faith than I can describe. I reached a point where I resented the Bible. Teachers like you (and there a few) have made me read and appreciate the Bible for what it truly is more than Christianity ever did. As well as other ancient texts I was never allowed to entertain. Thank you Aaron! 🙏🏽✨
I watched the interview as well and found it very enlightening, especially about the schism that existed between Paul's teachings (who was never an apostille) and the teachings of the two true apostilles James and Peter.
What other teachers are there on this?
As as
I've lived in the Bible belt as well. It's completely false that there is only one way you're "allowed" to believe. There are churches of all sorts of denominations around with all sorts of doctrines.
@patrickbarnes9874 you can believe anything you want, but that doesnt make it true
When I was still a practicing Mormon, I was always uncomfortable with the lessons that focused on the teachings of Paul. I innately felt that something was wrong with Paul’s teachings. For instance, Paul really seemed to despise women (yet I later found out that he had a female companion, supposedly platonic, named Thekla, who was even a teacher of the Gospel), while Jesus (Yeshua) venerated women. Yeshua would sit with the women at the well each morning when they came to get water and teach them because they were the earliest teachers of the children. He loved the women because they were so teachable. This is, of course, just one example of the difference between Yeshua and Paul, but it’s another example of the stark disparity between the two. Mormons also claim to have the fullness of the Gospel, yet they lack even this historical understanding.
I left over this sorta thing as well. Started questioning the hypocrisy early and lead me on this bigger awsome quest 😊
if u read the gospel of mary youll see how spiritually tapped in she was, perhaps more than the male apostles
@@jeromefrancis1339 I think women, in general, are more inclined to be spiritually tapped in than men, because they're more intuitive and emotionally intelligent. Of course it's not about gender, I'm just saying a woman is more connected to the natural state of being than a man, in most cases. By the way I am a man 32 yo, saying this...
In todays ways of living things get messy, but there are also greater opportunities with all information available, for anyone to make leaps of growth really fast. If only one is willing to do some research and put some effort in applying knowledge gained.
I left the Mormon church also. It was really hard but I’m now glad to search for other beliefs that make sense instead of being told what to believe.
Me too, left mormonism

2 Corinthians 11:3-4
Why are you quoting the liar, Paul, to support your argument instead or relying upon the words of Jesus, himself?
“The kingdom of heaven may be compared to someone who sowed good seed in his field; but while men slept, an enemy came and sowed weeds among the wheat, and then went away. So when the plants sprouted and bore grain, then the weeds appeared as well. And the slaves of the householder came and said to him, ‘Master, did you not sow good seed in your field? Where, then, did these weeds come from?’ He answered, ‘An enemy has done this.’ The slaves said to him, ‘Then do you want us to go and gather them?’ But he replied ‘No; for in collecting the weeds you may pull up the wheat. Let them grow side by side until the harvest; and at harvest time I will tell the reapers to collect the weeds first and bind them in bundles to be burned, but the wheat gather that and place it in my barn.’” (Gospel of Matthew 13:24 - 30) … “Then he left the crowd and went into the house. His disciples came to him and said, ‘Explain to us the parable of the weeds in the field.’ He answered, ‘The one who sowed the good seed is the son of man [Jesus]. The field is the world, and the good seed, these are the sons of the kingdom; and the weeds are the sons of the evil one, and the enemy, the one sowing them, is the devil; and the harvest is the completion of the age [i.e. The Last Day], and the reapers are the angels. As the weeds are pulled up and burned in the fire, so will it be at the end of the age. The son of man will send out his angels, and they will weed out of his kingdom all the things leading to sin and the ones doing lawlessness, and will cast them into the furnace of fire; there will be the wailing and the gnashing of teeth. Then the righteous will shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their father. The ones having ears, let him hear.’” (Gospel of Matthew 13:36 - 43).
Jesus tells you very plainly that he (the farmer) would teach true gospel (good seed) and right after he leaves, an evil one (Paul) will come while the ground is still fresh and sow bad seed (The Devil's Gospel a.k.a. "the Gospel of the Uncircumsized" to use Paul's words). These two doctrines would grow side by side (indicating how closely they would be sown in the world to each other). Jesus tells you that the evil one is the devil (Paul was deceived by Satan) and those who follow his gospel message of abolishing the Torah and living under grace will be "burned in the fire" and those who follow Jesus' actual message of "Keep the commandments of Torah (Law)" (The Gospel of the Circumsized) will "shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their father".
So go ahead, follow Paul and is lying gospel of Satan into Hell and those who adhere to the truth and reject the trinity and worship God alone and obey the prophet Jesus whom he sent will inherit the kingdom of God.

@@patrickbarnes9874 Jehoshuahs words got twisted a lot and for good reason the idea of him saying that he’s coming with a sword is laughable if you look at how he lived and what he stood for that’s about as funny as Constantine claiming he was told by Jesus to conquer in his name that’s a good one tell me another but there will be a separation you’re correct about that but it won’t have anything to do with Jesus or a sword
This is why I'm with those who follow Yeshua teaching and not all paul writings. Thank you, Aaron abke. Much love to you 🙏🏻
But the old testament/Moses law was archaic and deeply unjust. Even Aaron refers to the Essenes as militant followers of the old testament law. I'm so confused as to why Aaron advocates this position, which seems so contrary to his heart-centered teachings. I've never seen a spiritual/esoteric teacher make the case that Jesus backed the law, other than Aaron. They are usually at pains to qualify what Jesus said about 'not a single letter' with other versus where he indicated that his teachings usurped the old law.
I recognize there is merit in both positions; I don't fully ascribe to either of them; but I'm quite confused as to how a heart-based teacher could rubber stamp the OT law?
@@katiehorneshaw995I agree. The god of the OT doesn’t sound like a very loving entity like Christ. Marcion wrote in the early 2nd century about the different ways of the demiurge or god of the OT and Jesus.
@katiehorneshaw995 if you read the nazarene acts of the apostles, which documents the advent of Peter by Clement; Peter says that the evil priests and scribes wrote many things into the law that was not of the most high. When Messiah came, he was turning people back to the purity of the true law.
??? Paul only speaks of Yeshua, the Jesus in The West, and equates him with being Yahweh, the one true God. Paul's writings were not at all denied by either the disciples or the early Christian church. There simply is no scripture of historicity to back this up.

Be aware of this false teacher guys. Be like the Berean’s who searched the scriptures. Basic study of the bible shows his words are false. The apostles in acts 15 in-fact agreed with Paul on the issue. And the reason for their council was to work together to refute those who thought circumcision was necessary for salvation. Please discern these evil spirits wisely and trust in Christ who is our God. There are many holes in what they are saying, I encourage everyone to listen to opposing beliefs but ultimately just read the entire Bible yourself. Jesus and Paul did not contradict each other, this guys is just confused on how it actually works, and Jesus is God, Jesus never rebuked anyone for worshiping Him, this dude is so wrong 🤦🏻♂️
Just after Jesus amazed the disciples by walking on water, “those who were in the boat worshiped him, saying, ‘Truly you are the Son of God’” (Matthew 14:33). Two more memorable examples of Jesus accepting worship occurred just after His resurrection. Some of the women (Matthew 28:8-9; Mark 16:1; Luke 24:10) were on their way to tell the disciples of the resurrection when Jesus met them on their way. When they realized it was He, they “came to him, clasped his feet and worshiped him” (Matthew 28:9).
Then there is the case of Thomas, who didn’t believe Jesus had risen from the dead despite the other disciples’ testifying to that fact. It had been about a week since the resurrection, and Thomas still doubted it. Jesus, knowing Thomas doubted, appeared to him and showed him the nail marks in His hands and feet and the wound in His side. How did Thomas respond? “Thomas said to him, ‘My Lord and my God!’” (John 20:28). In none of these instances do we see Jesus telling those worshiping Him to stop, as did mere men and even angels who were being worshiped wrongly by others (Acts 10:25-26; Revelation 19:9-10).

Nietzsche's essay "God is Dead" was not about atheism, although he may have been, it was how Saul/Paul words assassinated the true Jesus. Thomas Jefferson felt the same way, which is why he commissioned the Jefferson Bible, which removes Paul.
Then its incumbent upon you to look into Islam. The Prophets all came from that same region. And the Quran the only preserved Scripture.
Loved this episode. Listened to the whole thing yesterday. Awsome!!
As a Muslim, I find it fascinating that Christians are waking up to what Islam has taught for ~1,500 years. Jesus is the Messiah but NOT God, the Trinity was a Church invention that scripture never teaches; and salvation comes through REPENTANCE, not just faith alone.
However, I think you have taken things a bit too far. For example, we believe the Devil IS real, but Christianity has grossly exaggerated his role. He is no more than a spirit-being created by God who disobeyed & turned against Him, and requested permission to roam on earth until the Day of Resurrection, which God granted him. However, he has no authority or power over ANY of God’s true loyal servants-and the Qur’an (which we believe to be God’s final revelation)-makes this perfectly clear:
*_”And Satan shall declare when the matter is finished: “God promised you the promise of truth, and I too promised you-but I failed you! I had no authority over you, except that I called out to you, and you answered me. So do not blame me, but blame yourselves! I cannot come to your aid, nor can you come to mine. I reject your association with me in the past!” Indeed, the sinners shall face a most painful punishment.”_* - _The Qur’an __14:22_
We also agree that Jesus never claimed to be God, and we even pray & fast as he did. If you truly want to follow Jesus and his original teachings, look at the faith that God has revealed through the Qur’an; which is now followed by 2+ billion people (a quarter of humanity) by God’s grace and providence-which is no doubt a coincidence. I humbly urge you to please read the Qur’an, which confirms what you have, and clarifies all things.
And know that we believe in God-and what was revealed to us, and what was revealed to Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Jacob, and the Patriarchs; and what was given to Moses and Jesus, and what all the prophets received from their Lord; we do not discriminate between any of them-and we surrender ourselves completely unto Him :)
The Qur’an also speaks to all Christians-and declares:
*_”O people of the Scripture! Do not transgress in your beliefs, nor speak about God but the truth! The Messiah Jesus son of Mary, is only God’s messenger, and His Word which He cast into Mary, and a spirit from Him. So believe in God and His messengers, and do not speak of ‘three’ (a trinity); Stop-it is for your own good! God is one sole divinity, who is far above having a son. He owns everything in the heavens and everything on earth; and God is enough to sustain all things on His own!”_* ~ _The Qur’an 4:171_ ❤

After the death of Judas the Ischariot, there were w candidatesbfor the position of Christ's apostle. One was accepted, the other one not. He said the Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath, after he cited and commended David's taking the consecrated grain from the temple to feed himself and his companions, although it was forbidden by the law. (Mark 2, 23-27)

There is so much deception in this video, from flat out lies about what the Bible says (about "the devil", how people will be judged, and the apostles), to leaning on badly translated words, to ignoring the context of the Bible sections they refer to, and somehow pretending they know, or gno- probably, what Jesus taught. Somehow, a pagan world where "what is Truth?" was a legit question and ch¡|d $€x $|@v€s were legal and normalized, was transformed into a united set of cultures that could say depriving a worker of just wages is a sin that cries out to heaven by a religion that got what Jesus taught wrong. Also, alongside the transformation of that part of the pagan world their rose around the same time a series of ¡$|@mic empires completely at odds with Christendom, where all the excesses like slavery & $€x slavery are allowed, so we could compare & contrast. History itself shows these guys are selling bs.
Just relax. Similar heresies also appeared much earlier. Local audience corresponds to its description in 2 Timothy 4:3-4.
And the real reasons for this are the banal human arrogance and hunger for superiority in smthing, in this case superiority of revelation. And others are too stupid for understanding this "truth"
The big thing Paul did was to open up Christianity to all not just the Jews. This allowed Christianity to spread and become what it is today. As for the Law, Jesus was saying that we are to follow the 10 commandments but that the Jewish law was no longer the way to holiness but Christ was now the way to holiness and ever lasting life. Because we are human, we are not perfect so therefore trying to following the Jewish law to perfection was never completely attainable. You can never earn your way to heaven by works. Christ died for the forgiveness of sin and to give us a path to perfection.
People keep confusing Jesus with Christ. Christ is a title that Jesus and several others had over the years. The sacrifice is in dying to your flesh and earthly desires.
No one can die for your sins. In fact it is in direct opposition to the Old Testament. This is stated clearly in Ezekial 18:20 and Deuteronomy 24:16
In the Bible verses indicate that each man is responsible for his own sin, not that of others: Deuteronomy 24:16, II Kings 14:6, Jeremiah 31:29-30, and Ezekiel 18:20.most specially Jesus Christ by the way the idea of the Crucifixion was Paul's
Paul evangelized the Gentiles. He didn't open Christianity to them. Christ did that. You do earn your way to heaven. Jesus said you are saved by being baptized, repenting, and believing in him. It's Martin Luther who said you're saved by faith alone. The Bible does NOT say that. Christ didn't die to give you a path to perfection. Humans can never be perfect. Christ died to redeem human nature from the fall. That's completely different.
No, he convinced Peter of that so he could preach to gentiles and Peter to the jevvs.
How do you follow and keep the 4th commandment?
Aaron,
thank you so much for putting so much work into this.
I just watched "The Chosen" series and dude it is so much based on Paul's gospel it was hard to watch. Good for entertainment and it makes Jesus look cool and humane but his message is so distorted.
Again, thank you for keeping up the good work!
This is like watching two kindergarteners pretending to understand something they don't understand. They make so many false statements it is too difficult to keep with them.
Inform everyone watching what he said that is wrong so we can learn sonce you seem to know it all.
Where are your videos explaining the bible to people?
@@danieldenton5721For starters, the 12 literally affirm all that Paul taught and never challenged his authority as one sent of Christ.
Further more, Paul never put down the Law of Moses, he correctly taught works of the law don’t save us but God does and that by having faith in Christ (who is God) we are justified. James taught the same message.
@@justchilling704 where is this affirmation by the twelve?
@@FilthyXylophoneHe didn’t day exactly he said literally. Here are some verses. I’m not sure your level of knowledge about the Bible but it’s important to understand who the writer is in the verse I give you.
Galatians 2
New King James Version
Defending the Gospel
2 Then after fourteen years I went up again to Jerusalem with Barnabas, and also took Titus with me. 2 And I went up [a]by revelation, and communicated to them that gospel which I preach among the Gentiles, but privately to those who were of reputation, lest by any means I might run, or had run, in vain. 3 Yet not even Titus who was with me, being a Greek, was compelled to be circumcised. 4 And this occurred because of false brethren secretly brought in (who came in by stealth to spy out our liberty which we have in Christ Jesus, that they might bring us into bondage), 5 to whom we did not yield submission even for an hour, that the truth of the gospel might continue with you.
6 But from those who seemed to be something-whatever they were, it makes no difference to me; God [b]shows personal favoritism to no man-for those who seemed to be something added nothing to me. 7 But on the contrary, when they saw that the gospel for the uncircumcised had been committed to me, as the gospel for the circumcised was to Peter 8 (for He who worked effectively in Peter for the apostleship to the circumcised also worked effectively in me toward the Gentiles), 9 and when James, [c]Cephas, and John, who seemed to be pillars, perceived the grace that had been given to me, they gave me and Barnabas the right hand of fellowship, that we should go to the Gentiles and they to the circumcised. 10 They desired only that we should remember the poor, the very thing which I also was eager to do.
Acts 15
New King James Version
Conflict over Circumcision
15 And certain men came down from Judea and taught the brethren, “Unless you are circumcised according to the custom of Moses, you cannot be saved.” 2 Therefore, when Paul and Barnabas had no small dissension and dispute with them, they determined that Paul and Barnabas and certain others of them should go up to Jerusalem, to the apostles and elders, about this question.
3 So, being sent on their way by the church, they passed through Phoenicia and Samaria, describing the conversion of the Gentiles; and they caused great joy to all the brethren. 4 And when they had come to Jerusalem, they were received by the church and the apostles and the elders; and they reported all things that God had done with them. 5 But some of the sect of the Pharisees who believed rose up, saying, “It is necessary to circumcise them, and to command them to keep the law of Moses.”
The Jerusalem Council
6 Now the apostles and elders came together to consider this matter. 7 And when there had been much dispute, Peter rose up and said to them: “Men and brethren, you know that a good while ago God chose among us, that by my mouth the Gentiles should hear the word of the gospel and believe. 8 So God, who knows the heart, [a]acknowledged them by giving them the Holy Spirit, just as He did to us, 9 and made no distinction between us and them, purifying their hearts by faith. 10 Now therefore, why do you test God by putting a yoke on the neck of the disciples which neither our fathers nor we were able to bear? 11 But we believe that through the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ we shall be saved in the same manner as they.”
@@FilthyXylophone I think it’s funny how you have such little knowledge of scripture that you haven’t read Acts 15, or Galatians 2.Peter also quotes Paul’s writings as scripture as well.
Edit: And btw; Paul didn’t need the approval of the other apostles bc Jesus picked him to spread his Gospel to gentiles, kings, and Israel Acts 9.
It only takes people who truly embody the word to know what is false or not, scripture is nothing without embodiment and since I left the church I developed a deeper connection to God by embodying the lost gospels word. What that opened up for me was very profound and answered a lot of the questions I had as a Christian which no one could answer.
I loved learning about this from Dolores Cannon's work on Jesus and the Essenes and the Dead Sea Scrolls, but Aaron effortlessly makes understanding and interpreting large texts uncomplicated.
No, he doesn't. He plays on people's egos and ignorance to lead them astray. Everything he does was already predicted in scripture. He's a false teacher with a false gospel who tickles peaople's ears and appeals to their desire to feel special for knowing hiden truths. He's a charlatan.

I usually don’t comment on internet content, but three of your videos on Shaul (Paul) were directed to me over the past week and I thought it would be a great injustice to 1, the One Universal Sovereign, 2. myself, 3, you, and 4. your disciples, if I did not comment. Like many of your listeners I was raised as a Christian too and walked away from main stream religion. However, I remain a serious student of holy books, including the Bible. The reasons why I could no longer follow a Pastor, Rabi, Guru, etc. was because I had to prove as true or false what I was hearing or reading for myself. I found that what they all taught was what they believed. Some points were relatable, but I also saw that as Yahshua taught, they err at many things because they didn’t fully grasp the very scripture they taught (Matthew 22:29). I find the same issue with the overall message of your video indictment of Shaul (Paul).
I will comment on a few of the many issues I find with your videos and give you the opportunity to drop further evidence to support your indictment of Shaul if you so choose. You may have further evidence, but in the following:
1. it doesn’t appear that Shaul (Paul) was the only one speaking of the message of grace in the first century. In Acts 15:7-11 Kepha (Peter) speaks of the “gospel of grace” stating in vs. 11: “…we believe that through the GRACE of the Lord Jesus Christ we shall be saved in the same manner as they.”
2. It doesn’t appear that the original apostles and Shaul had a great rift and contradictions in teachings. Yes, Shaul and Barnabas did split (Acts 15:36) and there was a misunderstanding that was based upon rumors, which led Yaaqob (James), Yahshua’s brother (Not to be mistaken with Yahshua’s original Apostles Yaaqob), to caution the congregation he led in Yerusalem about the teachings rumored regarding Shaul. However, neither Barnabas or Yaaqob were original apostles.
The last time that it was recorded that Shaul saw Yaaqob met he congratulated Shaul’s work among the gentiles:
“When we arrived in Jerusalem, the brothers welcomed us joyfully. The next day Shaul went in with us to see Yaaqob (James), and all the elders (Apostles) )were present. Shaul greeted them and recounted one by one the things that YHWH had done among the Gentiles through his ministry. When they heard this, they glorified YHWH. Then they said to Shaul, “You see, brother, how many thousands of Yahudim have believed, and all of them are zealous for the law. Acts 21:17-20”
There was clearly no rift when they last saw Shaul. They also demonstrated that they knew about the rumors that had previously caused Yaaqob to be upset about Shaul’s teachings and warned his congregation in Yerusalem.
But they are under the impression that you teach all the Jews who live among the Gentiles to forsake Mosheh, telling them not to circumcise their children or observe our customs. Acts 21:21.
As you can see that everyone was under the impression of rumors about Shaul’s teachings.
Late in Kepha’s (Peter) life, after Shaul’s last journey to Yerusalem (2 Peter 1:14) he defended Shaul’s teaching and stated that Shaul’s message was wisdom from YHWH and compared his teachings to that of Yahshua’s.
Consider also that our Ruler’s (Yahshua’s) patience brings salvation, just as our beloved brother Shaul also wrote you with the wisdom YHWH gave him. 2 Peter 3:15.
Kepha also stated that Shaul wrote with this same wisdom in all his writings, which some people without understanding twist, as they do other scriptures, to their own demise.
He writes this way in all his letters, speaking in them about such matters. Some parts of his letters are hard to understand, which ignorant and unstable people distort, as they do the rest of the Scriptures, to their own destruction. 2 Peter 3:16
It will serve well to keep in mind that Shaul was a chosen instrument of, and appointee of Yahshua:
Go!” said Yahsua. “This man is My chosen instrument to carry My name before the Gentiles and their kings, and before the people of Israel. I will show him how much he must suffer for My name.” So Ananias went to the house, and when he arrived, he placed his hands on Shaul. “Brother Shaul,” he said, “the Master Yahshua, who appeared to you on the road as you were coming here, has sent me so that you may see again and be filled with the Holy Spirit.” Acts 9:15-17
It must be considered that if anyone condemns the workers which Yahshua ordained they also condemn the work which Yahshua set in order. If Shaul was chosen by Yahshua should any take the position you have? (See James 4:12, 5:9; Romans 14:4). We can’t say we follow Yahshua if we judge the work he gave to his servants as heresy. We must be careful to make no judgment before its time (Matthew 7:1; Luke 6:37; 1 Corinthians 4:5).
So the real question that is before me is: Are you speaking as a messenger sent by the One Universal Sovereign or have you come speaking in your own name? (Jeremiah 23:21). I don’t want to put you on the spot with those who believe your teaching so you can supply further evidence of your indictment of Shaul at “ahfl3242@aol.com”. Please type “SHAUL” in the Comment section. I’ll remain open to your response and share with you the other areas of the videos which don’t appear to be correct according to history and scripture unless further light can be shed and you can comment on those if you so choose.
The Apostles were doing what good Christian’s do and continually extended the olive branch to Paul, inviting him into the fold and asking him to learn and accept the true teachings of Christ. While also continually trying to undo the damage he was doing.
Matthew 24, Mark 13, & Luke 17 all have passages about look here and look there, do not believe or follow. Matthew is very specific about the wilderness and inner room. Where did Paul say he met the Messiah? Were there any witnesses who corroborated what the Messiah said said to Paul? Did Paul's account of the encounters remain consistent? Last I checked scripture said a matter is established with two or more, witnesses, Numbers 35, Deuteronomy 17 & 19.
Deeply insightful! I was raised in a Christian cult and thought I knew the Bible pretty well. Aaron has opened my eyes to this “war of the apostles”.
The scriptures he quotes do seem to support his contention of a schism between James and the other apostles and the self-named apostle Paul
And this was just the tip of the iceberg. I give 8 hours of evidence in my latest presentation. The amount and quality of evidence is genuinely mind blowing.
@@AaronAbke where can we hear this latest presentation? This is all so resonating to me as a recovering “charismatic Christian”
When Yeshua said "only God is good" the man referred to him as 'good teacher'. Yeshua asked why he called him good because the man did not recognise him as God but only as a teacher. If Yeshua is only a teacher then the label of "good" was misplaced because"only God is good".
He did however call himself the "I AM". And that anyone who had seen him had seen the Father.
Most people don’t realize what is going on in this convo. Jesus is trying to get him to realize and profess that he indeed is God. He is teaching this man 2 things in 1: only God is good (we are all bad, so is this world), he is both God and good and not just a teacher
Lies cannot guide humanity forever. These can live up for some time not always.
I would follow Jesus' Gnostic teachings rather than what they call religion today. I believe in Mother Nature and what Jesus teaches, including the gospels of Thomas and Mary Magdelene. These teachings were left out of the Bible. Moses was a genuine visionary Prophet. He also ruled Egypt as Akhenaten the Fourth (Moses), the baby in Queen Tyie's basket. Even more so than the Prophet Muhammad. Why, then, does Islam hate the Jews so much when both faiths think so much of Moses too? John Eric Hoare, British, Australian, and Norwegian deep-sea mariner, retired.
Take it all in and let the holy spirit guide you brother. I listen to the gospel of thomas alot and I don't see any contradictions from the other gospels. I don't feel anything in the gospel of thomas that my holy spirit doesn't agree with. Same is true for the other gospels. You have to lead with your heart.
@ronvaldine2996 The gnostics weren't very keen on women tho. The Gospel of Thomas also said that women are to become men as well.
Much love to Aaron and Alex. I will watch this again. This interview about Yeshua (יֵשׁוּעַ) is full of the most delicious and nutritious food for my soul. I know I've been divinely guided to learn from your amazing and wonderful podcast interview. Thank you.
Paul did not contradict any of Jesus's teachings. He might have built on them, but he never contradicted them.
Aaron gave several examples in the video. Why don't you address what he has said?
@@danieldenton5721 As I pointed out, they are only 'several examples' examples of Aaron's lack of understanding.
@henryschmit3340 so how do you explain Jesus's answer to the man asking about how to get into heaven? Why didn't Jesus just say: just follow me instead of telling him to keep the commandments? Why do you trust the word of a Pharisee over those who actually knew him?
@@FilthyXylophone You can't get to heaven by stealing, lying and murdering. To follow Jesus, the man would have to keep those commands. And Paul wasn't rejecting the law, he was putting it in its correct context and usage. As he says in Romans 3:31 "Do we then make void the law through faith? Certainly not! On the contrary, we establish the law."
not only paul contradicts jesus' teachings...he contradicts himself. PHIL 3 I WAS A PHARISEE. ACTS 21 I AM.A PHARISEE. In Gal. Let a man bear his own burden..bear one another burdens...
It's just so relevant at this time. No more lies will stay covered.❤
I don't hold it against Paul. Paul's message was a genius sales pitch to the Jews at the time. The Jewish religion was very different at that time, they were a religion of constant sacrifices.
The fact that the Christians went with one of the many sales pitches isn't Paul's fault. The reason I say this because Paul also said things based on the true nonduality teaching Jesus came to teach (my view). Paul says, "do you not know your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit?" Then before he dies Paul says, "it is no longer I that live but Christ through me."
This is my opinion proves Paul fully understood the truth that you can't go to heaven without realizing you and God are one.
Don't blame Paul, blame the people that distort it like everything gets distorted by unenlightened men.
Amen 🙏
The devil doesn’t take anyone. They choose to go.
Wake up! Jesus said Himself! "I am the way the truth and the life, no one comes to the father except through me"
Or "if you do not believe who I say I am you will die in your sin!
I believe Jesus will judge everyone based on "what they have received" just as He said,
So that proverbial guy in the jungle who never heard the gospel will not be held responsible for what he has not been given. You can not deny Jesus as the only way. Every other way is false
Amen 🙏
Paul supposedly encounter Jesus in the desert which in Matthew 24:26 Jesus warned us about. Just read Revelation 2 it is crystal clear that the false apostle is Saul of Tarsus.
Similar to the religion of Islam Jesus told his people to worship God not Jesus himself. Interesting how there’s so many religions yet they all point to the same truth 🙏❤
Jesus was crucified for saying He was the Son of God. The Pharisees took that as saying He was equal to God. Jesus didn’t rebuke people when they worshipped Him.
But that's what make it suspicious. Broad is the road that leads to destruction after all.
There is only one way to God and Jesus did not rebuke those who worshipped Him.

3 and a half years ago, i had a beautiful encounter with Jesus Christ. Before this, i heavily researched NDEs, after death communications, pre deathbed visions, spiritually transformative experiences, life between life sessions, channeled texts, world's religious texts, and even psychadelic experiences. In all honesty, i had no desire of Christ at that specific time.
I was outisde meditating by the river on a nice summer day. Out of nowhere the presence of Jesus Christ came to me. There was no guessing what the presence was. It was a complete knowing and certainty. It was if every cell in my body and all of creation was telling me Jesus Christ. It was the most profound unconditional love i had ever felt. I could literally feel His presence in all things as ONE. It blew my mind. I actually wrestled with this experience for some time during bc i had always thought Jesus was a fictional character. I was so wrong. Now, i keep Jesus as my number one teacher. At the same time, i still believe all faiths have the truth as well. I still follow the Buddha, Krishna, and Guru Nanek. It was like the more Christ like i became, the more i saw the same universal truth throughout the faiths. I love it. This experience changed everything for me for the better. I now know that Jesus is real bc that experience was by far the most realistic experience ive ever had. I love Jesus and all great masters and teachers. I love everyone. 2 That ye may be mindful of the words which were spoken before by the holy prophets, and of the commandment of us the apostles of the Lord and Saviour:
3 Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts,
4 And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation.
5 For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water:
6 Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished:
7 But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.
8 But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.
9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.
NO GREATER LOVE CAN A MAN SHOW THAN TO LAY DOWN HIS LIFE FOR ANOTHER
If God was against blood sacrifice, then how or why was Jesus crucified? He was the ultimate blood sacrifice?
The crucifixion was what Romans did to alleged criminals and of course it causes severe bleeding. But the blood of Jesus connection to the sacrificial system was a connection made by Paul but is not in keeping with the very Word of YHWH Who says he does not seek blood sacrifice. When YHWH raises Yeshua from the dead he is rescinding the death sentence falsely imposed upon the righteous Yeshua. YHWH is thereby affirming that a) blood sacrifice is NOT what he wants (by reversing the sacrifice via resurrection) and b) the correctness of Yeshua's ministry and His righteousness and affirming that Yeshua was indeed the Sent One, Anointed One (HaMashiach). The Pauline interpretation of Jesus's death and blood thus CANNOT be correct. Jesus wasn't the last sacrifice "once for all" as YHWH never asked for blood sacrifice - but a humble and contrite spirit which loves Him and one's neighbor as oneself. And does unto others as one would have them do unto oneself. Even the prophets condemned blood sacrifice, yet Yeshua respected and continually made reference to both the Law (10 commandments) AND the prophets.

What exactly did God sacrifice with Jesus? When the High Priest sacrificed for the atonement of the sins of Israel, did the sacrificed animal come back to life afterwards or did it stay dead as a sacrifice?
If Jesus was resurrected, then how is that different from literally EVERY HUMAN BEING who will be resurrected on the Day of Judgement, or Lazarus who was ALSO resurrected according to the gospel accounts?
What exactly did god give up? Was it the human body of Jesus while the divine Christ lived on? Then is that even a divine sacrifice!? That is just a human sacrifice isn't it?
If the divine Jesus died, and there is only one God, then who was governing the universe while Jesus/God was dead?
Jesus was alive on Friday during the day and allegedly had died by Friday night. Presumably he was still dead Saturday day, and Saturday night. But by dawn on Sunday he had risen. ... So what, God gave up a day and a half for the sins of the world!? Who couldn't even give up his whole weekend for such an important event?!
What is that in the lifetime of a God? That isn't even enough time to get out a good fart in the lifespan of a God! What exactly did God sacrifice? Was God intending for Jesus to live until he was 102? Isn't it your theology that Jesus' whole purpose was to be crucified and die for the remission of sins? Then how is fulfilling that purpose a sacrifice instead of the intended goal? If you plan do do something and it happens, is that what constitutes a sacrifice now a days!?

Thank you so much for this one ❤
I strongly oppose hell and original sin and also strongly oppose an angry wrathful punishing retributive beyond retributive God and honestly I do like to believe in an unconditionally loving God but I strongly oppose being loving because you fear God or even because you want to please God. I think we should be good to each other because we truly love and care about each other and see the value in it not because God or anyone else says we have to or it’s the law or even he or she would like us to. I prefer love over law, I think our reason for not hurting each other should be because we love and care about each other not because it’s the law or we might get in trouble with God. I think love becomes less attractive and real when you make it a law. I like to believe God loves all unconditionally and everyone is awesome as they are and yes we should be good to each other and not hurt each other but our reason for that should be because we love and care about each other not to be right with God. I don’t believe worshiping God, any of that other religious stuff or even believing in God is necessary and I think the idea of God often does a better job of creating inauthenticity than love, I wouldn’t call myself an Atheist because I do like to believe in an unconditionally loving God but I’m like an Atheist when it comes to how I live my life and encourage others to live their life, in other words saying I’m a strong Humanist. As for the Law of Moses honestly I’m no expert on the Bible, there’s disagreement about how Jesus and Paul were towards it as well as how they were towards each other, but personally any law like eat this and don’t eat that, drink this and don’t drink that, do this activity and don’t do that activity, believe this and you better not believe that, worship this and you better not worship that or any law other than love and be good to each other and don’t hurt each other I strongly oppose. My philosophy is do what makes you happy as long as you’re not hurting anyone. Honestly I am all for giving to the poor however I am not for giving everything you have to the poor unless that’s really what you wanna do, you are just as deserving of great things as the poor are, and before anyone says oh but Jesus said to I am not a follower of Jesus anymore than I’m a follower of Alan Watts, I like some of the things Jesus said but there are also things Jesus did and said that I think are trash, I like to believe Jesus was perfectly imperfect just like everyone else. As for God only not destroying earth because of 36 righteous people I mean maybe that’s true but I like to believe God’s far more loving than that ❤

Paul taught well how to live right, true...his teaching about salvation is skewed by his own desire to be forgiven. Nearly all Christians I know tell me I'm not a believer if I don't believe every word in the Bible's God breathed words. Paul is the one who said that.
Yeah, I hear that too and then I tell them "says who?" They don't even know ...sadly, it says a lot!❤❤❤
You should listen to your Christian friends, sounds like they have some great info you need to to follow up on. If you can't believe all of it-you shouldn't believe any of it!
@@stanbaxley416 Are you serious? Paul was a very troubled soul. Name one disciple who walked with Jesus that taught Paul's idea of salvation.
Who was it that decided was "God's Word?" Do you know? I know what Jesus said. I believe in Jesus and what he taught. Do you? Or are you the Paulianity type like millions of Roman Catholics? I'll stick with Jesus, thank you very much. A little over 200 years ago, someone much smarter than me decided to do that too, his name was Thomas Jefferson.
Question: Paul (as Saul of Tarsus) was responsible for the deaths of many Christ followers, including the disciple Stephen, did he not know the commandment "thou shall not kill" ? (Rhetorical) of course he did, so what caused him to deliberately disobey that command?
I defer back to Matthew 25:31-46. Take up your argument with Jesus, His words, not mine.
@@stanbaxley416 And you should listen to Jesus, the True Son of the living God, creator of all.....and realize who and what Paul was.
@@lannybackes1053 if you ever read this reply - i would add also that paul fits the benjaminite wolf prophecy (Gen 49:27) dividing the prey(wolf that scatters sheep john10:12)
Paul met with the apostles in Jerusalem (Galatians 2:9), where Peter, James, and John acknowledged Paul’s ministry to the Gentiles as legitimate. They extended "the right hand of fellowship," indicating unity in their shared mission but recognizing their different audiences: Peter to the Jews and Paul to the Gentiles. The apostles and Paul ultimately shared the same gospel, though their ministries were tailored to different groups. Peter himself affirmed Paul's wisdom and writings as Scripture in 2 Peter 3:15-16, despite acknowledging they were "hard to understand."

Excellent analysis and explanation of the great deceit, more of this please!
Aaron, I'm curious what you make of Paul's writings in the Bible in light of this information. There is a lot of beauty and theological importance that Paul's letters provide us (ie: The sovereignty of God, sanctification by grace, the reality that we can do nothing apart from Christ). Certainly, you don't think these are demonically-distorted teachings? In your view, how should Christians relate to these teachings in light of Paul's opposition with the disciples?
I think demonizing Paul is just as dualistic as the fundamentalist Christian faith personally. There were many things Paul said that were profound.
@@jacobmilette8808 agreed. Also Richard Rohr sourced most of his argument for the Universal Christ from Paul’s teachings. Which I found to be incredibly profound.

@@akquicksilver Yes. If he’s going to use the book of Acts then use it correctly and let’s see what it really says. At the end of the meeting in chapter 15 Peter James Barnabas and Paul and the other disciples were ALL in agreement.
Seeing how the vast majority of the universe is empty/lacks matter, then recognizing that of the matter we have, an astronomically small percentage of it has arranged itself to achieve consciousness, the fact that an even smaller percentage of that consciousness would qualify for Heaven, the purification process that leaves 75% to condemnation makes sense
Finally someone has got it all work out. Where do we go from here?
I also left organized religion because it became obvious the lies run too deep. How do you keep holy the Sabbath?
Especially in light of Jesus’s words to the first person, outside his disciples, who He revealed His Messianic mission.
The Semarian woman at the well.
John 4:21-24
Jesus said to her, “Woman, believe me, the hour is coming when neither on this mountain nor in Jerusalem will you worship the Father. You worship what you do not know; we worship what we know, for salvation is from the Jews. But the hour is coming, and is now here, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for the Father is seeking such people to worship him. God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth.”
In John 14:6, Jesus proclaimed, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” In other words, there are no options on the route to eternal life-there is only one way, and Jesus is that way
John 6:44 “No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws them, and I will raise them up at the last day.
We must diligently seek Jesus and as Peter puts it grasp onto His great and precious promises

Thank you! Thank you for saying out loud what I've been questioning since I was a kid. The truth is so strong within me I just couldn't buy the story of Paulianity
Can you link us a source to the translation of these Dead Sea scrolls you're making reference to?
Mr. Abke asserts that Paul contradicts the 12 disciples but Mr. Abke is contradicting one of those very disciples when John asserts in his gospel "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God..." and when John reports Jesus saying "I and the Father are one." Also when Mr. Abke states that "...even the invention of the devil is a deviation of what Jesus taught.." That is not true. Jesus according to the gospels references the devil directly or indirectly about 38 times. He even refers to him as the "prince of this world." In Revelation also written by His disciple John, we learn the devil was an angel who revolted against God. Because God creates certain beings more powerful than other created beings does not mean that any of these created beings have God's power. For reasons not fully known to us, God has ALLOWED the devil to tempt but Revelation reveals that when Christ returns in His second and final coming at the end of the age, the devil and his forces will be cast into hell once and for all.
If Mr. Abke does not believe in the teachings of the Church or the scriptures, that's fine as I think many do. But I do not understand the source of writings or teachings he is making his, on what seems clear to me, false assertions on? I would prefer he just say "I reject or just do not believe the teachings of the church or the gospels of the New Testament."
Additionally, I do not know what form of "spirituality" Mr. Abke is teaching but from the various sculptures in the background, I am assuming he might be basing his life teachings from the teachings of Siddhartha Gautama and if so, who delivered this prophetic vision of enlightenment to him? Siddhartha, AKA the Buddha, did not claim divine status for himself in fact stated that he was just a human and was not aware of any divine beings if my research was correct.
But I wish him the best and God bless you all.
@@76brandan where specifically does it state Satan was a fallen angel? Revelations says he was a great dragon who fell from heaven with some angels, not that he himself was an angel.

Paul was a pharisee and seems to me like he was a great writer and philosoph, very clever in his words. I feel like in his words he slightly shifts the message.
But for example in his love letter to the Corinthians he's doing really well (surely highly inspired by the Spirit).
After all I think the way to love everyone also the enemies, is the one that will give you the keys.. Love is the key. So there's an inner work to do to stay on this path.
5:41 Revalation 19:10 "don't worship me" was quoting an angel who John started to worship in error.
Give me a break, nowhere in the bible did James say that. Some 3rd century document perhaps? Every time I hear someone say something like, "Paul taught a false gospel", without exception, that person cannot even tell me what the gospel is. They'll give me some vague idea, but in the end they cannot articulate the gospel.

"The fourth of the Gospels is that of John, [one] of the disciples. To his fellow disciples and overseers, who had been urging him [to write]."
The Jews essentially did what they always did, kill someone for not following commandments. End of story. Beyond that, it's all fiction. All made up by Paul and Peter. Paul "authored" the majority of the NT, trying to convince people that Jesus was the Mosiach, and the Jews somehow got it wrong. The Jews got it right.
Mark was the first Gospel written... 40 years after the death of Jesus.
The original account in Mark (Codex Sinaiticus) is virtually identical to the account in the Ethiopian NT. Mary went to the tomb, an "angel" 🙄 told her that Christ had risen... THE END. The witnesses were added into later versions.. KJV. Then, Mary and the disciples were the only witnesses, AND none of them even recognized "Jesus"... he manifested in a different form. (Mark 16:12).
Matthew was written two decades after Mark... Matthew 28:17 when they (11 disciples), they worshipped him: but some doubted. (Mary doesn't see Jesus, in the book of Matthew, just the 11 disciples). Luke was the next gospel after Matthew, then John. The fictionalized accounts get embellished, as time goes by. Jesus eats ("proof" he physically resurrected, and the disciples didn't see a ghost/spirit), (doubting) Thomas touches his wounds (the gaslighting of the non believers). Paul goes on to say there were 500 witnesses.
The resurrection is the foundation of Paul's religion, literally.
I Corinthians 15:12-15
If there is no resurrection of the dead, then Christ has not been raised;
And if Christ not be raised, then our proclamation has been in vain and your faith has been in vain. We are even found to be misrepresenting God, because we testified of God that he raised the Christ.
15:19
If for this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all people most to be pitied.
Christians are followers of Paul and his gospel. Paul never met Jesus, unless you take his word for his encounters. Paul openly murdered the followers of Christ. He had very little association with the apostles or their teachings.

Hi Aaron! Thanks so much for all of your videos!! I have a request for my daughter. She is 11 and likes to listen to your videos but the nuanced language and length can sometime be a challenge for her. Would you consider making a few foundational, shorter videos for younger viewers??? Much love and I hope you consider it. You are already concise and straightforward so I think you are a perfect teacher for teens/ tweens. I have been learning from you for many years now and truly appreciate everything you do. Thanks!!!!
You might want to consider a Bible believing Church-or just home school her on the Bible, these guys are not teaching the Bible at all and that is the most glaring sign of a false doctrine/religion. Runnnnn away fast
I agree with what @stanbaxley416 said to you to a point. We all need to sit quietly everyday for at least a half an hour and let God speak to us and show us things. I was chasing after every teaching and every book and my mind was constantly being swayed this way and that way until I said enough is enough and started listening to my inner self and shutting off all the noise of the world.
This is exelent Video of clarification in short time in 10 Min. only bless you Pastor brother Aaron.
Very good information. Thank you.
I come by every day just too see the growth since release bro will get his respect
Bear in mind that our Lord’s patience means salvation, just as our dear brother Paul also wrote you with the wisdom that God gave him. He writes the same way in all his letters, speaking in them of these matters. His letters contain some things that are hard to understand, which ignorant and unstable people distort, as they do the other Scriptures, to their own destruction. -apostle Peter
2 Peter 3:15-16
There would be no one who would be left behind... the negative entities that we refer to are sons of God too... they are merely making choices away from Love but the moment they decide to come back, in an instant, they will be accepted... What resonates with you is the correct way. We all came into separation to experience what we are not. The true God does not exist in this Universe. He is in timelessness. Jesus is a brother that has been given task to guide everyone who wants to go back to Love through forgiveness.
I just heard you for the first time on Know Thyself and you said some things I really needed to hear I give thanks to the One Infinite Creator. Adonai
So blessed to hear it my friend 🙏🏼❤️
Sell everything TO the poor? I think you might have misspoke there. But I love your message and I totally relate to it. Thank you for bring this message to us.
While you all argue over denominations and how to whatever I’ll be here continuing to Repent and fallow Jesus. Pray and ask God for wisdom and see for yourself the truth.
I have a question for the doubters here. What was the rift between Paul and the Disciples over? It is a historical and biblical fact that the two sides were in serious disagreement but about what? It is recorded in historical writings outside the Bible that Paul and James had a physical altercation and one of them was pushed down some stone steps and judging from both of their backgrounds we probably know who did the pushing and who did the falling but my question is what was this fight all about? Just asking for a friend ✌️
This is the first time I’ve heard the truth from one of our friends.
Converted. Amen from australia.
Yet in one of Peter's letters, Peter mentions Paul and speaks well of him!
The scripture that your mentioned is not translated correctly. It was originally a warning that Paul’s letters are very destructive and nonsensical.
@@tylerenglehart1914 . Really!!? Peter even calls Paul 'our dear brother' and refers to his writings as 'scripture'

@@Guitargrease1 they never saw eye to eye. Paul never had a respect for Peter or the other Disciples.
@@tylerenglehart1914 They disagreed on some things which Paul mentions. Peter refers to him as 'dear brother'.

I always doubted all these Christianity doctrines since one person ( Emperor Constatin), who was a pagan, had to decide which books would make the bible. Big Red flag. Thanks for opening our eyes on what is real teaching of Jesus vs Paul misleading teachings. All my appreciations
Now I see the angle of truth....In truth I thank Yahusha and the disciples for speeding up my spiritual awakennng.
Salvation isn't cheap. It's much more than confessing Christ.
How lost are these people when they can't even understand the actual narrative of the scriptures. No understanding whatsoever. Knowledgeable, but no understanding.
