get Well soon, mate, you have to look after yourself, always easy to try and 'push through' but its not worth damaging your health. Always in sport people would train and train and train, now it is realised that the recovery is as important as the training! You are doing a heavy manual job in all sorts of weather, wearing the right clothes, and eating drinking properly is more important than the filming. if you have to let something go let it be the filming. I will miss your videos but your health is more important
