Placing die-cut letters without tweezers: Position your letters as you want them, then lay a strip of washi tape over them and press lightly. Turn over the entire strip of letters to apply adhesive. Now you can turn the strip back over, adhere the letters to the page, and gently remove the washi tape. Wow! I wish I had thought of this genius technique, but I think I saw it on UA-cam. Wish I remembered where I saw it, so I could give credit to the crafter.
A great reminder that use of the peek a boo pockets provide enough room for pictures and coordinating design ! Thanks!!
Hearing your thought process is great. Thank you
Love these pages. I will definitely scraplift this in the near future if of CA trip. It was a great use of beautiful paper and so many photos.
I really enjoy your videos. Thanks so much for sharing 🤗
Wow! I was looking for Tidy Up Tuesday and found this, beautiful. Loved all the paper choices and the use of the peekaboo pocket. I also have a lot of photos to fit on a page, so you always provide great ideas. Love hearing your ideas on how you choose your papers and embellishments. Wish I had these back to basics when I first started 28 years ago. THANK YOU Lauren🥰
Gorgeous 🤩🤩
😀 Thank You Elizabeth!!
Love this video so much!
You are sweet Shirley 😊
Love how you used the 12x6 peekaboo pockets!
Thank you Edyta~~😀
Hi Lauren, I love the use of the 6x12 peekaboos for adding another groups of photos !!!! Do you have any tutorials on how you get them to fit into the page protectors ?
A wonderful layout.
♥️ Thanks Cynthia!
Love this layout. Never thought to order the Michigan pack. Which dies did you use for your title??
So very pretty! Love It
Lauren, do you prefer top loading pockets, or the refill pages with the page protectors?
I love to use my cutting mats but they are not quite big enough when I use CM refill pages which are my go to.
Yes, I get that! It's good they are the 12x12 size already for you!
Love the layouts. Hard to see though.
Love this layout. Your volume seems to be a little low
Where can I purchase the pick a a boo sleeves?
You can get them in many sizes, here: www.creativememories.com/6x12-peekaboo-pockets.html?acc=LaurenHinds Thanks for asking!!
So you don't use page protectors on this kind of page right?
The Peek-a-Boo Pockets are adhered on top of the Page Protector. In this case I used a top-load album page but it works the same way. Hope this helped.
@@CraftSomeJoy thanks for taking time to reply! Can u answer another question I have had for quite some time. The 12 x 12 size of the album page does not match the 12 x 12 of papers and cardstock. That perplexes me... I always have about 1/8" showing when I wallpaper a page or use a border that is to go from side to side. Both the page and the paper are CM products so why don't they match. TIA
@@ourhome2260 I hate when that happens. I totally understand what you mean. From what I remember many years ago when I asked it's because of the way that the pages are made with the reinforced edge. They can't come out perfect. I had to learn to just ignore it on my album pages or I did consider starting from scratch and just doing top loading pages so that way I wouldn't have to have that problem, but after thinking about it I did not want the top of my pages open so I learned to deal with it. 20 years later and it still bugs me and I think the gap is a bit more than 1/8" sometimes. Hope that helps.
@@julieworkman5529 it happens for me all the time. It's not just sometimes. And yes it's often more than an 1/8". I guess with CM quality and the price I would expect better 😉. I m glad I m not the only one who has issue w it, I kept thinking I was doing something wrong. And I do try to ignore it, but when I m trying to cover over a design on a predesigned page it's a problem!!! Thanks for sharing that
Couldn't hardly hear you and the commercials were way too loud comparing to. Still love all your videos.
