Thanks mate. I am on my second 1900 :) After watching your videos, I realised that the Aussie models are fitted with a different exhaust :( In fact, they sound more like a sowing machine. I just ordered a US exhaust from Florida. Cheers & ride safe.
No way lol i know the back tire is wide but I didn’t know an actually car tire could fit. Yeah lately I been burning out my rear tire that is a good idea thanks. I only have 62000 miles on there so I’m looking forward to putting a lot more
What size car tire do you use? I'm looking at one now and considering the cost of ownership for the bike. I ride a lot around town and out on the road. Mainly too and from work 3 days a week
I’m using a regular GoPro which with SD card chip the bigger the gigabits the longer so my SD card is about an hour half to 2 plus it depends on the size SD card
@@2021RideFree How tall are you (if you don't mind me asking)? Do you feel stretched out on the bike? I'm 5'8" I've seen one other short rider like me on one and he loves it.
@@2021RideFree Yeah I currently ride a stock Vulcan 900 Classic, nice bike and b/c I'm short I don't feel cramped on it at all. I just want more power and a better sound. I fell in love with the look of the Stratoliner!!
It can be somewhat of a challenge. However, I purchased 2-n-1 Road Rage exhaust for my 2005 heritage softail, and I'm extremely happy. I paired it with Screaming Eagle Thunder Monster baffle, and of course I had to put a tuner on it. That thing pulls like a freight train 🚆 now. 😁
@@carlosedwards6832 wow I can imagine the sound on it. I love a sound of a beautiful exhaust pipe. Plus it pulls that’s everything you need sound and speed
Nice bike, love the Stratoliners. Engine sounds sweet. Love the maroon color Strats the most.
Thanks. I love the color especially after cleaning it. The engine is amazingly powerful runs like new. My favorite
Hi, what year and model is the bike? Keen to know :)
I have the 2006 Yamaha Roadliner

@@MarkFerre-j8k yes they do. that’s awesome. Thanks you as well.
I have a 08 Liner with 110k miles. Best thing I did was put a car tire on the back. The torque from that engine eats tires like crazy.

Is this bike too big for a daily rider around town to and from work, fun rides in the city with friends and family, etc?
No at all. This bike is for all occasion to and from work around town and with friends and family with lots of power I love it.

What kind of pipes do you have on it? I like that sound.
Honestly it’s the original pipes never changed it.
Well if it sounds that good I wouldn't change anything in terms of the exhaust. 👍
@@carlosedwards6832 I agree plus you can’t find good genuine parts to change to
