Brian O'Driscoll might not be as fast as he once was but his game intelligence has got better and better, textbook display, great to see Luke in there too and the future stars of irish rugby
The best performance from the Boys in Blue I have ever seen. There have been games with higher point counts, but the intensity, accuracy and absolute individual and collective brilliance on Saturday was incredible. What was amazing was that it was so similar to the performance in the NZ game; how often do the lads hang onto their streaks of brilliance from one week to the next? Keep it up Leinster!
i dont know alan saracens won it last year and looks like a english win again 2 in a row hate to say it saracens again . but im a leinser fan and man hope im wrong
fucking hell awesome performance from leinster , really clever well executed plays . BOD is some legend . and fuck me cronin can move for a hooker. impressive play overall . Leinster will miss BOD hugely when he retires . man is a real leader on the pitch
If Leinster were 100%, it would have been 0-60+, two tries butchered and a few kicks missed. Also, there was a knock-on in the ruck just before Northampton scored that try...
Northampton looked knackered. There is little point in bothering with the HC anymore as we clearly cannot complete at the same time as strain of the Premiership. The French don't have a salary cap so there squads are brimming with overseas talent.
What a pathetic excuse,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,typical English viewpoint. If you lose you want to blame the system. All teams feel the strain.Premiership??? Not a patch on the Pro 12 or the Top 14.
This competition is over it looks like the French not interested by putting 2nd teams out the English not interested & the Welsh don't want it because the fans not interested in playing in this competition they want a cross border competition with England because they say the fans rather watch paint dry .
Northampton should do better next week. They have a week to rest and regroup. Last year they got nailed by Ulster at home and then turned it around the following week. WHY? simple, they knackered and flat going into the game against on obviously fresher, fitter and more focused side that has been targeting the game, and they get turned over. Which is pretty much the story of most HC weekends for the English clubs. They then take some time, and with some focus and pride do better in the return. Whilst not this emphatic, this pattern has been going on for years and I am frankly pissed off and bored with it and can do wihtout it. I would not miss these games thanks. This does NOTHING for English clubs or English rugby. Like the Celts its time we told these foreigners to sling their hooks and negotiate their own TV rights. OR accept a fair playing field.
Irish provinces are brilliant but the Ireland national team are rubbish walloped by the the Australians & gave a tired NZ a good game . I'am going for England for the 6Nations followed by either Wales or France .
Stunning performance. They railroaded Northampton. Good to see the whole team getting involved in flowing passing moves. Class act.

Absolutely taken apart.
I love Leinster great team .
Just one word, magic.... well lets make it two words Blue Magic
And now we clearly see why the English clubs don't want to play in the Heineken Cup anymore....

They'll be better and it'll it be closer, but they'll still lose

FTPITV Ahhhh...No.

Yep, it was an awesome game of rugby, a credit to both teams.
