As a MacBook user, I suggest you go for M1 Max chip if you're able to afford. It provides you a better performance for graphic design because it comes with more GPU cores than M1 Pro and the number of GPU cores are pretty much important for graphic designer. But M1 Pro's still great and worthy depends on your workloads.

Between MacBook pro and Window ? What you suggest to buy for coding? MacBook pro is much more better than window?

I once said that both are good, however after testing out on Windows, I would say Mac (or other unix os) is probably better for coding, at least for me.
