It’s a refreshing change of scenery when homes are not fenced/ gated. Makes the neighborhood appear welcoming. Nice lawns are visible and become the focal point of each home. The landscaping and the gardens. And the best part is it’s classic timeless design. Modern style homes should not be allowed there 😂. I like the American “bive” and the “bayutik” fence 😂. By the way, an American style home must have a rocking chair or two on the porch. 👍

Its nice to see american style house sa atin sa Pinas. My house here in US is almost the same sa house na yan, and its really cozy. And yes halos lahat ng bahay dito ay walang fence sa front yard. Usually sa backyard lang ang fence in. Im planning to buy house in tagaytay in few years. Honestly i like houses sa Pinas kase mas matibay sila compare sa houses here in US, we use concrete, mostly sa US are made of wood, they like wooden floor, carpets. Hehehe yup doorbell right next to the front door, or ring doorbell which is way more better

The front door of the house us pathetic Compared to the door inside the house ,Television all Thru the house are all Antic Box type ,The sitting Room is a joke with no furniture at all And most of the house has Nothing inside And to be honest its not Worth the Price even though u May call it American that is not going to get you the Price Mentioned its a definate NO.
