Does Tagaytay have a water supply problem? So far most of the bathrooms youve featured in tagaytay have batya and tabo. Just curious because some of the restaurants ive eaten in in Tagaytay sometimes have no water coming out of the faucet.
I noticed that too. That would be a big downside for such a nice house. Are the home prices really that high in the Philippines? It’s almost like the US.
Common problem po ng Tagaytay is water. Before by schedule lang ang available ng flow ng water (6PM - 10PM, 3AM - 9AM). So need talaga mag imbak. But now, bihira na lang mawalan. Pero need parin mag prepare in case of shortage. Prime water ata ang issue hehe. Super taas pa ng rate per cubic (32 per cub m). And if you'll notice, ung may mga pool sa area ng Tagaytay, nag papa refill sila usually by water tanker. Btw I'm near that area, same brgy., Maharlika West.

That’s good to know. I’m not sure I would want to deal with that. I’m retired and up in age. You’d expect everything would be fine considering the prices in the area. It’s been almost four decades since I left the country. Sad to see and hear pretty much the same things still exist. Salamat sa info.
@@akinto4245 of course kung bibili ka ng bahay sa tagaytay syempre may pambayad ka din dapat ng tubig at kuryente kahit mahal at hindi problema sayo ang pag umbak ng tubig kasi may pambili ka rin ng tanke ganun ang mindset ng mga nakatira jan eh di sa Metro manila ka bumili.
