In Power Book 2 Ghost Season 4, alliances were always going to chop and change. After the betrayal from the Tejada's and Effie last season, it was always hard to see Tariq working with Effie again, however, this is Power and I did always maintain, I would not be surprised to see them working together to achieve a common goal at some point in Power Ghost Season 4 and that looks like it's the case going into Power Book 2 Ghost Episode 3. Tariq will be working with Effie who will help him get an in at the fight club, which is run by someone called Zion.
