Chris, thank you SO much for this video series! How has nobody posted in this yet?. Anyhow, was diagnosed with intermediate prostate cancer on May 9, 2019. 12 cores, 7 showed cancer and most were Gleason 7's. 52 yo male, last PSA was 5.4 up from 3.1 over two years ago.
Considering my options and videos like yours are so encouraging. Now that it's been over 1 year, how are you doing today? I'll check out your channel to see if there's been a recent update but if not, I would very much like to speak with you just to get an update and a real life view from someone having gone through this both mentally and physically. Completely understand if this not an option just putting it out there. Either way, thank you.

So glad the videos help. I am doing well and feeling better each day. Recovery from surgery took a couple of months. It took a while but I was fortunate and regained control of continenance and erections with medication. I did have to go back for radiation and hormone therapy in Nov. The Lupron is wearing off and I should get a good PSA reading in June. The only side effect that I am struggling with is the extra 10 lbs that I gained from the Lupron. Other than that, I have been feeling so much better. I am a mentor with a nonprofit, ZERO focused on prostate cancer. They provide mentors that you can speak to directly based on your diagnosis and questions about treatment. They also provide a wide variety of free services. I reached out to them early in my diagnosis and recommend them to anyone dealing with this disease. Best wishes and keep fighting.
