- Do to the length of the "Full Walkthrough" I decided to upload this short #chill sneak peek. NO COMMENTARY, LOTS OF RAIN. Enjoy!
The idea behind: this version of "Sanctuary" (just like in RL) is that there was never a suburban neighborhood built in this part of Boston. (True Story)
What does exist is the remains of a small Bostonian Community that was pretty much displaced by several companies looking to convert the marsh area into "The Next Big Thing"! A place to shop, work and even live all in one place. However, shortly after the first residents began to move in and a few business opened, The Bombs fell... (In real life this area is a national park, of sorts)

Really nice work. I almost don't recognize this as Sanctuary. You've made it something entire different which I appreciate. Thumbs up. Looking forward to seeing the interiors of some of these buildings.

Thanks Jass. I'm swapping out Nyra's performance Tweeks for a PS4 friendly anti godray mod. I'll hopefully have that sorted after work tonight. 🤟🍻

Very nice SH build, very spacious and... calm. Although the calm is maybe due to the quiet walkthrough, not sure. Haha !

Garden gnome is normal size OR It's just perspective based on the mushrooms. Unless it did that "random size change" that can happen when you drop multiples of the same item one by one. USO does that sometimes too when I place NPCs like animals and kids. It's similar to the old turret glitch. When you scroll left and right in the selection menu. FYI they patched the turret glitch. Refer to Sar's old vid if unfamiliar.
The custom steps are always something that I add, in one form or another.
In my head canon, the windmills give 50 or 75 power. The solor panels give 25. I forgot to mention it in the commentary of Farewell Suburbia | Exteriors.
Yeah, he's from USO under ROBOTS > PROTECTRONS. On a side note, Automatron broke the ability to equip Codsworth with a bowler hat if you mod him on a robot bench. 😒😔

There all built from scratch combination of Workshop Base Items, Forgotten Workshop Objects, USO etc.
