I feel like Joe's commentary adds so much entertainment to the fights, like just watching the fights without any commentary doesn't feel the same. Having the right commentators and play by play guys for any sport or competition makes so much of a difference.
Yea that’s true actually listening to his ufc podcasts made me want to know what the hel he was talking about 😂 shoutout to the whole ufc they created a community
Joe Rogan is a huge part of the UFC. It'll be a sad day when he retires. EDIT: Woah, 1000 likes thats super crazy. Thank you all, and thank you Joe! Lets all be friends :)
@S14kabuild Goldie was shit tbh. Anik is a way better play by play commemtator than Goldie was. We all like him because we're nostalgic and he has good catchphrases but he constantly was messing stuff during the broadcast.
People don’t really know how long joe has been a part of the ufc for. Imo dudes a legend working for free and now getting paid. He’s witnessed so many greats fight in the octagon
Your definitely the best commentator. You make the fight exciting because of how you speak about it, and especially the tones of excitement in your voice, when you're commentating on the fights. Every other commentator in UFC lacks that. I think that one single point makes you better than the rest.
Long story short: he straight-kicked the last guy into oblivion and then Dana White said “You got balls, we need balls” and gave him a career contract right there on the spot
say whatever you want about joe, but for me, i can tell he only does things he’s really passionate about. he’s a great guy, i would love to meet him one day. i’ve been a fan of him for a very long time.
Losty lol, why you get so defensive? I don't know what kind of advanced schooling you are taking but if you don't know how big a role genetics plays then you need more schooling.
I love this one in particular, Joe is actually a very good host, he usually lets his guests speak their heads off, but seeing as this guy maybe just wanted to listen to some of Joe's stories, but Joe filled the gap by talking and then bringing it back to his guest ta the end
Says fighters are better commentators because they’ve thought in the ufc. I remember Conor getting held down and beaten up by khabib in the 1st or 2nd round and Dominick Cruz and Paul fielder saying it was Conor’s strategy to tire khabib out 😂😂🤦♂️
Jason Ryder to an extent that is true cos his camp knew they wer gonna b on the ground early at some point and he just tried to take as minimal damage as possible. Obviously letting khabib hit u while ur under him isn’t the best strategy but I would say tony maybe wouldn’t get fucked from bottom and actually tire khabib
to be fair, if they are fighters than they know TRULY how much better Khabib is than most fighters, so maybe they said that because thats the only way to have success in the fight, yeah its not exciting but when the odds are so low to win naturally sometimes the better chance is to tire him out and catch him with a lucky knockout punch.
