- Hi everyone,
It’s been now 3 years and a half since I am living in Paris and I’m already looking for my 4th apartment here.
We currently live in a 1 bedroom apartment and we’d like at least a 2 bedroom apartment so we don’t have to move as often!
I have been showing you these apartments on stories and a lot of you seemed to love it so decided to make a video here.
Going around Paris and filming it’s a real pleasure so if you want more of these, I’d love to show you more of this amazing city !
I know that I might have some question about my outfit in the video o here you’ll find all details.
Please let me know if I forgot to add anything and I’ll make sure to include it.
Thank you so much for watching !

I loved #1 even though the ceilings were not very high, I loved bright and airy it was.
Me too!!
Yeah! Me too!
You right #1
I agree 👍🏼
1. The best
I wish u would have referenced the Rent prices for each apartment so we can have an idea of Paris prices 🤷🏻♀️🙏🏼
It is very expensive in the center, just in the 6th A. prices can go from 3k to 8k euros a month for 2 to 3 bedrooms.
C. A. N. Where is a good website to look for apartments for rent in Paris?
you don't wanna know.... :-P
C. A. N. 😯 so how can she afford it 🙊
Sofia Massa u have issues 🤣
#3 was my favorite! You can use the spare space on 6th floor as your office/filming room so that it can feel like you have an extra area to go to work and be away from home to focus. Then you can leave it behind at the end of the day and go down to your home and not be far at all. But it allows you to separate the two spaces at the same time. Seems very convenient.
Jessica Renee I was thinking the exact same thing! That little balcony would be so cute with some potted flowers, and a little bistro chair. A perfect place to go to film, have a cup of coffee, or even a glass of wine at the end of the day.
boiling hot in summer and i am sure there is no aircon which would drive up the electricity bill enormously anyway.
or she can list it on airbnb
Yes definitely the 3rd one is better. The wood panelling in the kitchen shows more care put into the home. Personally I would buy a big place in the country with lots of space, work remotely and maybe visit Paris on some weekends, as city life in Paris looks too claustrophobic. 😉 😀🥂
Valid point about the spaces but the second apartment was so much lighter and area and those balconies! A hard choice.
Send me the rejects plz!
The one with the “maid” apartment I thought was the best one. The kitchen is not great design but you can definitely make it work. It seems to be the most spacious. And “feeling” the space is a big deal for me. Gotta trust your gut feeling - intuition if you will. Good luck!
Wow, this one looked so great!
I’m just happy to see that Paris, a huge city, seems back to normal. Gives me hope for the states that there will be normalcy again!
And a clown for president
VOTE!!! Gotta get Trump and the corrupt GoP out who are making money off the pandemic.
Melissa i would vote but im only 13✌️💀
@@LightworkerLissa how is that working out for you with senile Biden in office. But gotta get Trump out right??🤪 zero logic.
WE DID GET THE CLOWN OUT! 👍👍
🍄iny🍄rump got the axe. 😁
Thank Christ!
The 2nd apartment had balconies that took in the sun at different times of the day....very important for vitamin d. I loved 2nd but 3rd was incredible with the extra room and I actually loved the interior of the 3rd the most. Kitchen in the 3rd had a 60’s feel and I think you could nicely time warp with that.
Big big things are on your horizon too, this is just your journey. Thanks for high class entertainment x
The 3rd is my favourite, I can clearly see that the 6th floor will become your UA-cam floor!!!🤩 Also I would recommend you to buy a washing machine that is also a dryer. It needs to be very very good. I did this choice and it was a good one!! I bought top gamma from Miele, superb!
Every time you go out and show the city, makes me want to travel to Paris. How beautiful and romantic it is. So my favorite was the first one and in second place the third. I know you didn't like the kitchen of the third, but I thought it was really cute. It's wild that the toilet is in a separate room, but it actually makes sense, specially because if someone goes in to take a shower and someone needs to use the toilet, they don't have to wait for the other person. The apartments are so charming.
The same!
Loved the second apartment, big rooms, lots of space ,and the view from the first balcony - in love!!! The thing that surprised me was that it had two bathrooms, but it can be good if you have guests staying over.
#3. Every room looks good or pretty good and has the balcony :D enjoyed this tour with you. Thanks for showing a bit of Paris real life :D
You giving me life with this video, high risk for covid, still in my house and I felt like you were taking me for a ride to all these beautiful places. Hope to visit Paris one day, it's beautiful!! I loved apartment # 3 but good look finding the apartment of your dreams!!
First apartment geourgeous floors I loved them so big too, I know no balcony but still nice.
The streets of Paris are wonderful, Andreea is absolutely delightful!
She seems like a real brat.
@@chrisbeckstrom6182 you are such a bad jealous hater. Go back into your cave.
IIII LOOOOOOVE THE THIRD ONEEE!!! i would do anything to live there!! the lighting was incredible and the tiny balconies sold meeee
Loved the one with the maids room. You could make your filming room up there and it would be separate to your living space, like going to the office. Plus, I would love to see how you decorate the space. Thanks for taking us , Andreea, I loved this video sooo much!
That tiny elevator is what all my claustrophobic nightmares are made of
I really enjoy your videos, you have the cutest, sweetest personality! 🥰 Lisa
Really? I think she's incredibly annoying
@@chinsafer1 LMFAO
If I see you, I will give you a big big tight hug for being so so adorable and cute! I love your personality, it’s so warm and beautiful! Stay blessed always ❤️❤️
the first one was my favorite, for sure.
It's so bright and i felt like I was home just watching, imagine living there?
Been to Paris years ago and this is showing me a locals view of this beautiful city. Please post more , love your videos.
I’m curious how much the apartments cost.
As a french living near Paris, I can tell you the flats are very expensive, the ones shown in the video must cost about a million or two
@@Chloe-cn4ib Mais ca c'est le prix d'achat non?
These are all appartments over 1 million, probably more torwards 2 million. Renting is probably 4-6000 a month. People just don't realise that these are abnormally big spaces for Paris. Most people live in 30m2/322 sqft to 40m2/430 sqft studios (that means you're lucky to have a seperate bedroom) that will rent out at around €2000 per month and cost 400-500.000 euro to buy (so 500k-600k dollar). And people live like that with kids.
L DL I guess they make a hell of a out of money freelancing. Must be nice.
@Confucius Say Chill I live in Belgium in a 120m2 flat by myself with a view on a river and nature reserve ;) I would not feel comfortable in a smaller space: I need space, a view, nature and light. Luckily I earn well to be able to pay that by myself :)
The 1st and 3rd were beautiful, I think it's suit the need so far, anywhere you pick I hope it's the best one 😍😍
This is the most beautiful tour of Paris I have ever seen. Beautiful city. I personally could live in the "maid's room." So cute and such a beautiful view - AND a balcony!
The first apartment - my favorite. ♥ ️
1 is mypersonal favourite, lots of space, and a really kitchen
To me the best one was the one with the chambre de bonne included. I loved that kitchen, even if you don't, and the rest looked ideal for you, and the rooms were luminous, big and beautiful. Those walls in the TV room were amazing. And also, having that separate room with that amazing view included... you could even have your study there and that way separate your life and your work completely, which sometimes is really useful. The last one was horrible, in my opinion, that long corridor and in the end that kitchen with such a little window... And also, the little room looked like it had some humidity problems in the floor. It looked old instead of antique, like the others.
Agh! You're killing me! This video made me miss living in Paris so much my heart ached ❤ It's been 16 years since I did a semester abroad and Paris possède mon coeur! Oh yeah, and apt no 3 for sure!
Thank you so much Andreea. I live in Australia and have always wanted to visit Paris and this video gave me such a fantastic look at the streets, cafes and apartments, almost like I was there. I love your Sass, sense of humor and fun. I also appreciate your honesty, which is so refreshing. 🌹
I fell in love with #3❤️. If you don't want it, I'll take it😊. And I'm in love with Paris! I really must move there some day. Can't wait to see which one you choose💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻
The 3rd apartment was my favorite with the extra room on the 6th floor. Absolutely stunning! It has romance! 🌸 Wishing you all the best with your apartment search and please post more videos of Paris! Would love to watch them. 💗
Apt no. 2 is fantastic.
Elegant spacious beautiful finishes full of light amazing views and location location location!
Luv your humorous attitude - in my eyes u're perfection Andreea😍
Having a balcony in inner city Paris to step out onto the balcony and really breathe in those fumes and polluted air, what a treat...
Definetely the 1st one as it is all white and it somehow opens the rooms and it gives you the idea that is ig, comfortabe...a really cozy place where to live
can't understand how in your videos Paris looks soooo beautiful and clean. i mean IT IS beautiful. but every time i get there, I get unpleasantly surprised how dirty it is. especially in the neighbourhoods right close to the Louvre. may be it's been a while and things changed. or may be this is the magic of you filming. but it all just looks adorable.
and the place for the maid is indeed astonishing!
We usually stay at Pullman La Defense loveeeee Paris!!!!💗💗💗 the 3rd one is gorgeous!!! You can make the kitchen work👏🏼👏🏼 good luck!!!!
Loved this video! The 3rd one was my favorite - very spacious, large rooms and a cute balcony for flowering pots and a small coffee table set. Congrats on finding your new dream home.
THANK YOU!!!! I’m Covid stuck at home And this video took me out apartment hunting. Boy the maids quarters had a beautiful view. I’m in love with 1 and 3 . I didn’t see a fridge.
The third one is a winner. Clean, a great view, spadeful but cosy. That kitchen is huge compared to the other two apartments. I love the 3rd apartment!!!
This video is soooo pretty to look at. Felt like I was on vacation visiting Paris. Perfect for a Sunday morning. It realy made my day. Thank you!!!
The first kitchen was the prettiest and the most elegant and bright 👌🏽🤍
I loved how you took us on a tour. through Paris. Makes me want to live in Paris too. Good luck with finding the right place.
Can I get just the maid's room??😅😂😂it was the prettiest
🤩😅😅😅🤩🗼🥰
Coup de cœur sur le 1èr appartement ❤️ absolument magnifique
2nd and 3rd are the best, last one needs a lot of work. Love the motorbike tour of Paris. It has been over a decade since I have been there and your video brings back memories.
Getting on and off the motor bike actually might be part of why your left knee is giving you trouble! Just a thought. Coming from a massage therapist
love it when she's eating and all the crumbs on her perfectly done lipstick. so natural. x
Beautiful. Thanks for taking us along❤️. Good luck!!!! I liked the last one
The 3rd one for sure ❤️ It’s sooooo beautiful! They were all spacious but I think this one has a nicer shape. 😘
My favorite was #3, I think. LOVED #1 but the only drawback was no balconies (I admit that when you complained about the "low" ceilings, I literally said, "Seriously?" out loud. Lower ceilings = more energy efficient.
I've seen this in ig stories , it feels like i was in Paris , i always watch your Vlog its make me smile , i watch your stories as well ...stay safe thank you for uploading God Bless You
Hey there, you are very good at making videos. Just started watching them and I love them.... specially the tours of the city. I have always loved Paris. The apartment you are currently living in looks very nice too, if you could pls tell me which arrondissement it is, I want to move to Paris soon.. but I do hope you find a beautiful new apartment. If you have already found one.. I wish you good luck and happiness.
Omg the one with the view of the Eiffel Tower is everything 😩❤️
First, I LOVE LOVE LOVE this video! Second, chevron floors in Paris, I die for! haha. I love number 1, if only it had the balconies that #2 had. I think either 1 or 2 works. (Number one is gorgeous though, I understand you really want a balcony. Can't WAIT to see your choice and moving vlogs!
Apartments in Paris is so spacious!! I live in Sydney, Australia and there is NO WAY you will get that amount of space for 2+ bedrooms apartment. I love #3, good luck!!
What can I say about England?in most bedrooms, you can only put a bed and a wardrobe and that's it, no space to put a mirror or to do any lunges or anything else really😂
paris apartments are super expensive, im sure u can get the same if u spend a lot in sydney :P
OMG...I absolutely love this place. The floors are spectacular, love the windows....it's so Paris!!
I'm completely in love with the first apartment. It's obsessed ❣
Thank you, dear Andreea, for having shown and shared all those beautiful apartments in the magic Paris. Hope you've found your dream-flat...personally I liked the third the most. All those boiseries, the big spaces, light etc. Good luck and let us know! Hug from Italy. P.S. you both are a splendid couple (also my husband agrees) and deserve all best things and success!
I personally LOVE the third one, the first one is a close second, the fourth one is somewhat similar to the third one (which I love) but it’s kind of like a maze (still fun though), the second feels more like small, cute, cozy home rather then an apartment
In conclusion, they were all fantastic to me
I loooved the 2nd - nice big balcony and lots of light. Felt more modern as well.
May be you did’t feel it because people were still living there
I want to thank you for your video about glasses. My daughter, age 13, was not finding any she liked. After showing her your video, she opened her eyes to a new, more open frame style. We ordered a frame you recommended, and her confidence has been soaring in her new pair! She's so much more herself!
I love number #3! You can see the Eiffel tower from there! It had a lot of light it’s airy and you have a lot of space! Now only if I could be your roommate!😉
I'm American and have lived in many big cities - Manhattan/Brooklyn, LA, London, Barcelona, Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, but Paris was by far the WORST when it comes to finding an apartment as a foreigner! SO much paperwork and references and hostility against non-native French speakers, it was AWFUL. And they also try to cheat you too. Even the movers who I hired to help me deliver some furniture, they heard my accent and immediately tried to cheat me out of the services I had paid for.
* I loved the way she got on that motorbike, at first time on video
* Amé la forma como ella se subió a esa moto, al principio del vídeo
Totally enjoyed this. Paris is difficult, and many apartments are quite old fashioned.
Oh Ali, this was wonderful. Loved going apartment shopping with you. You made me feel like I was back in Paris. So different to here in Australia. You looked stunning by the way. Xx
I think I liked the fourth one. It seemed to be the most cohesive, not too big and still has a lot of space. Plus, it looks like it's in a nice neighbourhood
!
The small elevator reminded me of the ones in Bucharest.
#3 is the one. Seems like it spoke to you the most. ❤️
This was so fun to watch! Thanks for sharing!
this video was phenomenal, like the joy it brought me is immesurable! thank you thank you thank you!
Loved to see this video! My biggest question was how much were they? I’m so curious because I’m contemplating moving and those choices were amazing!
I guess I am the only one who likes house #2 because of the view from the balcony 😍 The interiors can be changed/renovated.
I did not want this video to end! Each view so beautiful!
Thank You ~ that was dreamy
I love all those fireplaces and architecture. Lots of chevron, or herringbone, flooring throughout. Big windows and balconies are a must. And, a large tub. 😍 How much fun to apt. shop in Paris. LOVE.
I imagine my entire life on these apartaments especially the last one
I am new to your channel and love your vlogs. Until Covid we used to spend about a month in Paris every November or December. I miss it so much. Thank you for showing us your life.
“Feeling the praline”... cute 🤣
Beautiful apartments! Love the chevron floors and I do like separate WC to bathroom. Thanks for showing us
The third place is so beautiful and spacious, but has the TACKIEST furniture like why would you ruin such a beautiful apartment like that???!! 🤧🥴
I thought the 1st one and the 3rd one was lovely. Buy until a home/apt. wraps it's arms around you and makes you feel like "this is the one", I guess you will have to keep looking. Thanks for taking us with you. What a beautiful life!!!!
Many people live in "la chambre de bonne" it is horrible and very abusive prices!
So true!!! Infuriates me every time I hear about it!
😢 This is not life.
The cost of living in the city of love.... Location location location location
Most of the time, students yes
I love this video! It's like you are touring us in Paris. It's the 3rd one for me.
love #3 and #4! 3 was so beautiful and i loved 4’s kitchen and the balcony
Andrea, you have the TASTE not only in Makeup, but also in EVERYTHING I see! I follow you with such a great pleasure! I feel every word and feeling you share. It’s my first time telling you about it, as I never wanted to bother you on instagram thinking how much the load of your direct messages are! I am also very disguised in some people judging things in the comment. Please, forgive them for not having their own life. You are the TASTE and the sweet gal, I am sending a huge hug and hope to see you in NYC sometime soon ♥️
3rd apartment was really good esp kitchen and that black bathroom.
Oh my!!! These apartments are ALL soooo much more beautiful than anything we have here in the states. The craftsmanship(walls, ceilings, etc) alone is astounding! What a lucky girl you are to have so many beauties to choose from. 😍 Thank you soooo much for sharing with us. Gorgeous couple!!💕💕
Hands down, 3rd one. That place decorated properly would be amazing. The kitchen is dark but amazing fit out for entertaining.
I thoroughly enjoyed this!! This is a Paris that as an American, I never get to see. Thank you so much for taking us apartment hunting with you!! Oh yes.....I loved the third and the fourth apartments. Love from Kentucky !
I love that you showed also a little bit of Paris 🤗
This vlog brought back so many beautiful memories of Paris 😍
P.s I’m assuming Paris doesn’t have a lot of obese people with the size of elevators 😳
The reason why elevators are so small it’s because buildings are very old so they’ve actually added elevators 😊
I love love love the third apartment!!!!!! It is amazing!!!!!!
Love the tour. As an American I am always impressed with the chevron parquet flooring... quintessentially French. The first one was especially nice except for the low ceiling.. too bad. It would have been perfect.
I’d take the first one …that fireplace, moulding and no furniture is a win for me. I currently have a huge patio and rarely spend time there so no balcony wouldn’t be a big deal for me.
Since childhood one of my dreams is to visit Paris one day, and every time you upload a video like this or on IG stories I feel like I'm already there! So, thank Andreea! Wish you good luck and I hope you'll find a dreamy apartment just like how you want it!
Oh Andrea, I always love your videos! I have a smile on my face when I see them! Your sense of humor is amazing! Thank you for creating content for us ❤️ regarding the apartments, I really liked the 3rd one! I think the 6th floor would give a beautiful studio for you to film, with direct view to the Eiffel Tower 😍 xx
Omg I did not know you were expecting, congratulations both of you 🥰🥰🥰
I would keep looking. However, if you need to make a decision on these ones I would choose the 3rd one. It’s spacious, it has 2 bedrooms, like 2 living rooms, a huge kitchen and the bathrooms seem to be recently refurbished. The extra room on the 6th floor can be used as storage.
I think you should give #2 a chance, all the furniture was taking away from how lovely it really was, and the view from the main balcony was secluded and beautiful, and that one was spacious for sure.
I also think #3 is a lovely place, small, but nice.
I love the use of brown in french furniture.
