I would opt for French or sliding doors in the dining area to build my deck. Love that it is a 4 bedroom plus a den/family room. I would definitely have an archway alcove build before entering into the primary suite, to separate it away from the formal living room. I don't need double ovens, so the top half would be switched out for a microwave. The bedrooms aren't really big, but they are a decent size...

I love this! The living room looks so inviting. I love the island with the mini fridge. I don't like the oven next to the refrigerator; I would put the coffee bar in its place. I need a bigger pantry. The giant master closet is a nice surprise. The master bath is beautiful, I love the big pretty tub & shower, and the extra large water closet with the cabinets. I would live in this one, but it's a little high.
VERY nice home and done very nicely. One of the best master bathrooms and good storage. Only thing missing is a coat closet. The fireplace in the living room is perfect and has a hearth. The layout is much better not having a huge gaping wide space showing the entire kitchen/dining. The double windows in the dining area are easily exchanged out for door's. Do wish the laundry room had a utility sink. Appreciate the storage space that was provided in both bathrooms and the laundry room. I would not have a TV in the living room I don't think, I'd just have it in the Den. Has enough space for good furniture placement in both the living room and Den which in My case includes my Piano. The dining area has a good wall for my hanging wall hutch. This home isn't my "Perfect design" but would do very nicely.

In Texas, we have a certain time, I think late summer, when we get tons of crickets. Anyway, I love the mint green cabinets, the counter tops are beautiful. I love the flooring. This is a beautiful home. Really a nice feature with the mini fridge. Would prefer all tape and texture.

I had one of those stacking systems years ago. This is a lovely home. The kitchen is gorgeous although I wouldn't have the green. Instead of the big windows in the dining area I'd like patio doors. The master suite is huge, the whole place is huge,but very homely.
Not sure on build time, but This dealer won't come to NC, but there are Palm Harbor dealers in that area that could get you this or something just like it.

I like almost every thing about this home except for the color exterior. For the size I'd think it'd have a better entry area. I don't care for barn doors. I think they're out dated. Thanks for showing. I'd eliminate the garden tub. I don't care for those. I may be the only one but they don't impress me and look like a pain to clean!!
I don’t “get it” why would someone put a coffee bar so far away from water source?? 🤔. Kitchen doesn’t have enough drawers. I do like the appearance upon entry. I’m still watching!
Do they have Showers that are made for older parents or disabled people where you could bring in a wheelchair or shower chair on wheels to bring it in the shower?
PERFECT. I would add a single rack in the master closet for my dresses and take the tile in the master shower all the way to the cieling 😊😊😊

I have a VCR/DVD PLAYER AND A SEPARATE BLUE RAY PLAYER. THEN A RADIO/RECORD PLAYER WITH CASSETTE TAPE PLAYER.

In the Landry room I would use it as an Xtra pantry. The home is lovely. Just right for me and my family. But I don't want to spend a 1/4mil.
