Maybe it's weird, but I really like Insatiable Avarice. So I took 2 Tome and 2 IA. Although I really wanted all copies of Tome. Ideally, it would be good to have 4 Tome + 2 IA. But this is a utopia in bo1. I know, I was playing very bad vs Azorius Oculus. Don't pay attention.
This may be the first mono black control that I’m not convinced about in a long time. I’m not sure it has the tools to really compete on the actual ladder outsides of stupid mono red.
Hey Sonio ! Back to standard after a while. Any chance youn could give a try to a Mindsplice appartus deck ? I tried it in a dimir shell with Mystical Teaching, bunch of counters scrutiny, wrath etc... Was super fun especially with the counterspell : Three Steps Ahead
