- I thought I would do some form of Vlogtober this year! I hope to get as many videos out as I can. Thanks for being here friends!
Hi! I am so glad you're here. I hope you decide to subscribe and stick around. My name is Christy. I am mama to 6 children and also have a wonderful step-son Alex and a step-son in heaven, Jimmy. We are a Christian, homeschooling family. We just moved onto a 2.5 acre homestead fixer upper. I am a registered nurse and homemaker. We share our lives here on UA-cam as well as videos on homemaking and homeschooling. It is my hope that you find encouragement here. I am not a perfectly curated channel and I do not stage my videos. I am just a mom living a real life and bringing you along with me. I hope you feel less alone in the journey with me by your side. Love seeing you. I had 12 kids..all adults now. There were hard days at times. But it goes by so fast. You miss it. I watch 4 grandkids now while their parents work.

Your life sounds so similar to mine!!! It is so nice to know I am not alone. Everything you've said about your season of life, I was just nodding my head saying yes!!! Lol
We moved to Jacksonville, Florida. I love it. I work part time now but on my schedule, so it works. I hwve 3 teens now so they dont need me as much. Great seeing u!❤

Have you tried a charcoal filter to get rid of the smoke odor? When we bought my husbands truck it had a smoke smell. I bought a charcoal filter from Amazon and hung it in the truck. Eventually the odor went away.
Hey Kristy, have you guys look for a Calvary chapel where you live? I think there’s one in Wilmington? We have friends out there that live there and their names are Jesse and Nick great people that love the lord 😊
We go to a Calvary Chapel. Love my church!! I really like the verse by verse teaching too.
Calvary Chapels are the best. I attended the original in California under Chuck Smith. Yes, the teachings are amazing. Have missed you Christy. Happy to see you.
