I love your new beauty room, I'm loving your routine. I've only just started using a Mac paint pot. Also I love what u r doing with your concealers. Also I love lip liners as they define my lips as I get bad allergies and sneeze a lot. So my lips look feathered looking if I don't wear lip liner. Your make up looks beautiful 😍😍😍😍😍
If I wear mascara on my lower lash it's only on the very outer corner. Just can't do it all along that lash line anymore. I agree with lymphatic drainage! When I take the time to do it I notice a big difference. Really like your new background!
Yay! Love the looks of your new room!🎉🎉🎉Great video! Tone in my 40s or 50s again😮😮😮😮😮❤❤❤ty for these tips! I've gotta try using concealer on the brush! Genius! 😂😂😂😂
Love the background!! Mandy i finally recieved my Ulta order..took 14 days. Anyway i got the Chanel cream to powder blush in Rouge Franc. Oh my word..i would never think to pick that but after your video I'm so so glad i did!! It's beautiful. I tested it quickly and can't wait to use it on a full face of makeup for work tomorrow. Thanks so much. I have nothing like this in my collection of peachy pinks/pinks! Ha!
Thanks! I have finally finished it...will be up on Friday. So glad that you got the blush and love it!! It is going to be in my faves...it's just so so good!
Great tips! I am trying hard to see any lines or wrinkles on you I don't see one! Gorgeous! I know you hear this so many times but your makeup in this video looked natural but it looked so beautiful! Please do a get ready with me duplicating this exact look if you don't mind.❤
Thank you for these tips, Mandy! They're extremely helpful to all ages. As someone with lymphadema, I learned to do facial tapping and massaging behind the ears, down the throat, across the collarbone and chest moving to the underarms and arms to release fluid. Dry brushing helps to awake and move the lymph, to. I like your new background!💕
I’m never one for false flattery so when I say you always look stunning, I really mean it. I’ve tried to recreate the glow you have for years. 😅 Would like to see a more in-depth demo on some of the changes you’re making.
Mandy, I’m right with you. I’ll be 45 this year, can feel those hormones raging, skin changing and forget about having a great night sleep now 😫. I’m tired of being tired!
THANK YOU THANK YOU for this!!! Omg I’m only on the first step and had to pause and thank you 😂 I’m turning 43 in a couple weeks and am having the exact same issues. I’ve always just used my NARS concealer as a base but now it’s just not cutting it. Same exact thing. It’s not like my eyes are super crinkly but just enough of a line forming to ruin my shadow. And you know me.. makeup and skincare is therapy. My happy place! lol so when I feel crappy about it, it’s just not the same. I ALWAYS have to use my MAC eye cream as a base under my eyes (the fast response one) that helps a ton! If I forget to do it, I can definitely tell .. ok.. back to the video 🤗
Thank you, Mandy for this video. All of these recommendations are so helpful. I'm going to start incorporating some of these suggestions. In fact, I have a feeling that some will be game changers for me! You are a treasure, Mandy!
Excuse me, Mandy?? We need a tutorial on this look!! The eyes are 🙌💯😍 Also, as I’m watching the video, I realize that the “no under eye eye makeup” is making a huge difference in how bright and awake you look! I stopped wearing mascara on my lower lashes years ago, because I realized it really *does* look better - for me. I have never been a fan of lower lash line liner, and will only wear it if I’m doing a true smokey eye, but thanks very, very rare. At most, I might add a touch of a pale gold or taupe liner to the lower lash line, and smudge it with a brush. But I don’t do that very often, either. Thanks for sharing these tips! I’m around your age, so yes, we definitely need to make changes. (Tbh, I kind of feel like I’m starting the process of overhauling my life in regards to health, wellness & beauty - IYKYK 😬😒😂 Godspeed to us all!) 💓
Aww, thank you! I will add it to my requested looks list. And I am the same way...I have always been very cognizant of my health and fitness, but I am definitely starting to elevate some things this year and I love it!
Thank you so much for these tips. I have oily eyelids so I have to use an eyeshadow primer ever since I first noticed in my 40s that my eyeshadow wasn’t lasting as long as it used to. My eyes also became more hooded at that age as well. I started with MAC Paintpot in Painterly. I really liked that for coverage of my eyelids. It really worked wonders so I also tried the one you are using and I really liked that one too. My current favorite is the Ulta Matte Eyeshadow primer since it’s only $13 but it’s on sale for $9. It has a light tint to it and I always set it with a skin colored eyeshadow like Orb from Mac and that provides additional coverage and my eyeshadow blends so much easier with this step. I love the concealer step you showed and will definitely give that a try. I also don’t wear eyeliner or eyeshadow on my lower lash line. Sometimes I will put a little bit just in outer part of my lash line. I never figured out how to use gua sha but I always wake up with a puffy face and lines from my CPAP mask. So I’ll do as you suggest and start using one. The powder thing is something I might change too since I have an oily tzone but I’m getting cheeks in the winter months now which never happened to me before. I definitely need to start using a lip liner more. My upper lip could benefit from some volume!!! Thanks again Mandy!!!
Lololol, yes. I've just turned 63. I've never used lip liner, but my lip line is now, a bit discolored and not a sharp line. I'm practicing and it's getting better.
Hey There, Heading to Nashville again soon to see my daughter but wanted to let you know, the Catrice instant awake under eye brightener/corrector is excellent. I bought the DRMTLGY because I trust what you say but I definitely won't repurchase. Came across some great Catrice products recently and for me this is more creamy and hydrating too. Just thought I would give back and share! BEST To you.
Hi Mandy and Happy New Year! I’m 45 and I’ve also really been struggling with more than normal under eye puffiness, ughh. It’s the worst! I keep my Jade roller in the freezer and use that, which is really helpful. Under eye patches have been really helpful! I love the Colorscience and Le Mieux ones. I just got the Hydropeptide eye patches so I’m excited to try those. Lastly, my current fave under eye serum/roller ball for puffiness is the Obagi Elastiderm. I ran out of it and have other eye serums I’m trying to get through before ordering that one again and I’m missing it so much! Please keep us posted if you find any other ways to help combat under eye puffiness! PS- I’ve been wearing Bronzer Tonka on repeat this winter. It’s my current go-to scent for special occasions and nights out. I love it SO much! I originally purchased it based on your rec, so thank you!!! ❤
Yes! I have been utilizing my DRMTLGY eye patches this past week and it's helping some for sure. I actually think I have the Obagi elastiderm. I will add that in tonight. Thanks! Oh how I LOVE Bronze Tonka!! I wore that one a couple days last week. ❤️
Oh to be 44 again! I'm 58. 😂 You look amazing! Beautiful, beautiful skin. I agree so wholeheartedly with all your tweaks and I'd like to add - I also don't believe in lighter concealers (you don't do that!) because why would I want puffiness and wrinkles under my eyes emphasized? Because that's what much lighter concealers do! Also I do not sheer out my concealer towards my crow feet as I want as little as product in this area (heavy pigment) and I have zero discoloration there just a lot of discoloration in the corner of my eyes.
I like the concealer method using the brush to the doe foot, good idea, will try. I’m 65 and boy do things continue to change lol!!! Embrace your face at 44! 😂 I’ve been singing the praises of the Too Faced Born This Way Ethereal Light Illuminating Smoothing Concealer. I have very dry under eyes and this concealer is in a word - exceptional. I would love to know if you have tried it and if you haven’t, please do. it’s a super light concealer, but does offer a little bit of coverage is very luminous and does not crease.
That’s awesome if you don’t have to wear concealer but as someone with very dark genetics under eyes, concealer is a must for me or I look tired and sick all the time.
Oh my gosh, YES, the dang skin changes! I have so many products that I just don't enjoy the feel or look of anymore. My skin is dry and suddenly has texture. Geez Louise! Most days I throw on Glow Screen by Supergoop and that's it. I keep trying so many different products thinking it will be the one that works out but I'm about to give up. Too much wasted $$$$ 🙂🙂
These are great tips - and the trouble spots get even more challenging in your sixties! Thanks so much for sharing Mandy❤
You are so welcome!
One thing that I found that works tremendously for morning puffiness are ice globes. I got a set and I absolutely love them!
I think I have some...I need to try.

Thank you so much! It finally looks complete with the dresser...I am excited for it.
Thank you for the tips Mandy! I'm going to try your concealer hack! ❤
You’re so welcome! Hope it works for you!
Yay! Love the looks of your new room!🎉🎉🎉Great video! Tone in my 40s or 50s again😮😮😮😮😮❤❤❤ty for these tips! I've gotta try using concealer on the brush! Genius! 😂😂😂😂

I love the background! Can't wait to see the finished product! As always, I enjoyed this video!
Thanks, glad you enjoyed it!

You are so welcome...I really want to start dry brushing too...with all these steps, I feel like I never leave the bathroom, but I love it! 😂
@MandyDavisMUA I can relate. The dry brushing makes a huge difference!😊
Very helpful, thank you 🙏
You're welcome!
I will be trying the concealer hack. My biggest challenge seems to be with concealer. Thank you for the tip!
You are so welcome...I hope you love it!

You are so sweet...thank you. I am the same...not for false flattery, so it means all the more!! ❤️
Mandy, I’m right with you. I’ll be 45 this year, can feel those hormones raging, skin changing and forget about having a great night sleep now 😫. I’m tired of being tired!
Oh girl...I get that..."I'm tired of being tired"

Isn't it crazy what happens to us as we age...things we never would have thought of!

Awww, thank you so much. I am so glad this was helpful for you! 💕
I've found The Inkey List Caffeine Eye Cream is helpful for puffy under eyes.
I haven't tried that one but the Fast Response from MAC is also great for that and it has caffeine, so I bet the Inky list is great!

Nice..I will check that out. Sorry the DRMTLGY didn't work out...it's one of the most hydrating corrector I have for me. 💖
Also I'm 44 in early May so I love your tips
Happy Early Birthday!
Elizabeth Arden Eye Fix best eye primer. Best ever. Little tube last forever. Please try. Almost 70. Have used for years
Nice! I will check it out...I have been loving their foundation lately.
Great video ❤ Lymphatic massage techniques were the best thing I learned from working with physical therapists.
Yes! They are so good, especially when you are consistent with them.

Thank you! Oh yes!!! I should have added that. It makes a world of difference, in my opinion, when you don't over highlight the under eye...so true!
I like the concealer method using the brush to the doe foot, good idea, will try.
I’m 65 and boy do things continue to change lol!!! Embrace your face at 44! 😂

Great video! Will you have a code for Ziip? I’ve been eyeing one for over a year and I should have just bought it! 😂
Yes! Mandyziip gets 10% off. ❤️
Timestamps please
It's an 11:00 minute video...easy to scroll through. 😉
@ no, not really, considering I have no idea what you’re saying from second yo second.
Don't wear concealer. Eye cream only
That’s awesome if you don’t have to wear concealer but as someone with very dark genetics under eyes, concealer is a must for me or I look tired and sick all the time.
❤
Oh my gosh, YES, the dang skin changes! I have so many products that I just don't enjoy the feel or look of anymore. My skin is dry and suddenly has texture. Geez Louise! It's crazy how the skin changes, and seemingly overnight too! I will be doing some skincare videos showing what is helping me soon.
@ ooooh can't wait for that video!! I have 10 years on you and now here comes the face starting to sag!! My Lanta, no fun!! 🤩
