Hilsha / ilisha fish - 350 grams
ginger paste - 1 tbsp
garlic paste - 1 tsp
cumin paste - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
soy sauce - 1 tsp
water - 1/2 cup
onion paste - 2 tbsp
green chilli paste- 1/2 tbsp
white pepper - 1 tsp
tasting salt - 1sp
bread crumbs - 1 cup
mashed potatoes - 1/2 cup
butter (melted) - 1/4 cup
egg - 1
ketchup - 1/4 cup
