- This week we are back to work on the 1978 Jeep J10. Today I will be installing a transmission cooler. Along with that we will be servicing the transmission with replacing the filter, pan gasket, hard/soft lines, and fluid. This Job will be very similar to most FSJ Jeeps and other GM vehicles with the TH400 transmission. If you have any questions that the video does not cover, make sure to leave them below.

Do you think you will ever make a video on how to fix the rear cargo floor pan on an XJ? I am in dire need to fix mine and like having your videos beside me as I fix stuff, so it would be nice.
I need to do so on my XJ as well. Just not sure as to when I will get to it but it will be recorded!
@OutJeeping Awesome. The previous owner actually ran the upper shock bolts into the floor instead of using the flag nut method, so I thought about installing an upper shock mount bracket kit and then repairing the floor while there.
@@hardpackmotoIt's a good option, I was thinking of getting one for my last XJ. You can then get more flexibility out of your shocks.
