Robin Hood is pretty cool but what if he had a slingshot instead of a bow. Could he have done all the cool stuff he did with a bow just with a slingshot instead? Probably the coolest thing Robin Hood has ever done with the bow was split an arrow. Almost every Robin Hood and every in Robin Hood movie has done this but, Can I with my slingshot pull off a Robin Hood and split an arrow?

Thinking about getting into sling shooting because of your videos. Didn't even know competition's in this was a thing. I've always been fascinated with trajectory weapons and knives. My problem will be that I shoot left handed with a slingshot and bow but I'm right eye dominant.

They wouldn't let you use a slingshot at an archery competition.
Now a slingshot competition? Maybe, but you would have two shots in the same hole. They would say you missed. At least that is how it always ended up for me at shooting exams, in the military.

One of the problems you're having with the accuracy of your bow is the orientation of your fletchings when you shoot if you take a look you'll notice that 2 of them sit flat and one pokes out you want the one that pokes out facing away from your bow as the other two sit flat and slide past the wood of the Bow hope this helps with your future endeavours
It should change anything those are not plastic veins

One tip is don’t grip the bow when you draw back open your fingers and let the pressure of the bow rest in your palm

nice trick. when slowed down you can see the arrow is already split, the ball glances off the top with just enough force to pop it apart... that is awesome shooting the target is only like 3/8" ???

I'm getting so psyched to get into slingshots!! I'm turning 40 next year and somehow just realized, following you since Alone, that I've always wanted to shoot slingshots since I was a kid. Just moved to a house this summer and the other day the realization just came, that I could do target shooting in my back yard now 😀
So I've wished for your Hornet slingshot for Christmas. Thinking I'll probably not be able to wait and will try my hand at carving something or do your EDC version so I'm gonna order some bands now.

That was an awesome shot!! Can you do the double shot that Robin Hood Prince of Thieves does? I used to do it with a bow that I had set up 2 arrow rests and a double nocking point on the string and I could put both arrows within an inch of each other........ I am no where near good enough to try that with a slingshot yet!!! 😂
