Its the fucking snails fault, they keep forcing people to buy shitty premiums to farm lions while make the tree's bigger, increasing repair costs and making sure ground br is as unprofitable as it can get and decreasing rewards overall. People are forced to play this crap in order either progress in the tree or for high br tank repairs. The diversity regarding premium rewards sure as well doesn't help either.
Just now arriving by YT suggestions. Freezed mentioned you in a video a couple weeks ago about the SL community uprising and I've really been enjoying your content. I only started playing WT with a buddy a month or two ago and love flying first half 20th century props a lot. :)
@N!ckN4me They're interesting because the planes are mostly just the iconic planes but in their most ultimate form. I think your argument about the F2G is irrelevant too since that's also one of the factors of why BR 6.0 makes proper battles difficult, BR 6.0 WOULD be competitive without them.
5.7 was absolutely hopping before F2Gs were introduced, teams often had the max amount players allotted. Now, 288s are the problem, but F2G spam, for 5.0-6.0, killed one of the best brs. I loved 5.7, the matches were packed, and a lot of the fighter pilot knew what they were doing, made engagements interesting.
@@KaijuNumberEight At least the F-14 can actually impact the outcome of the game (also shooting F-14 with my F-14 is fun coz they don't dodge, they just explode). Bomber have no use at all, just stall games out and then cry when they get shot down because they are the size to match the pilots ego and fly in a straight line
That's why I love F4U-4B so much at this BR range. Ju 288s run away in the late game? No problem, a quadruple 20mm can kill majority of the ground targets with any belt, bleeding their tickets. They come back? No problem either, the same quadruple 20mm will get the job done within a few seconds. Yes, as a German and Italian fighter main, I personally hate Ju 288 to the core, and I feel satisfied to shred them to pieces in F4U-4B. I wish Gaijoob would limit bombers per match to 2, only if they cared about this BR range.
I second that. I'd murder those Ju288s on my own team if I wasn't getting punished. Just want to play my damn 152 without having to solo an entire team on my own. I'm not Defyn, ffs...
At the same time tho its fun to win a game by bombing in a fast bomber that the props cant catch. Lol they just slowly watch their base get rekt by like 6 ju288s droppin loads. Had a match we didnt lose a single 288 and we all cordinated our base drops and won in like 15 min by killing their base. Its really fun to win without a kill. As a german/japan main i gotta say the 288 got me like 85% of the tech tree in under a few weeks its just too good for grinding. Its a fun plane but yea i can see it as annoying.
If people are only flying 288s in this range they’re grinding something, and if you place limit the type of aircraft that can be played you’re going to kill the game mode. I know that fighter mains want a mode dedicated to them and them alone, but that idea isn’t as popular as the people who complain about bombers think it is.
BR 4.7 is the sweet spot right now. 5.0 gets up-tiered into this terrible BR. If they'd nerf the Ju-288 just a bit since it never actually flew it might be more tolerable.
Rather than nerf the Ju-288 the nerfed the Jumbo even more, so now a 6.3 heavy tank can be front penned by a PzIV, and ANYWHERE on the tank can be killed by a Tiger or Panther.
If you have a really good dogfighter (spitfire any type) you can play while switching circles to keep your energy while not getting the enemy nose on you ! Else way you're f*cked, really good and survive or he is a sh*t
The F2G spam killed 5.7matches, (previously) my favorite BR. People like to blame the 288s, but that is only because the teams are so small. Before the F2G, however, 5.7 matches were packed. And, both teams usually had four bombers, not anymore though.
@@jayklink851 to understand are you saying that the F2G is not played like it should be or because of it's role it killed places in the team for other fighter that would climb approximately like the Ta 152 to not have a whole team at 1500m being killed while shooting ground target by boom and zoomers ? For myself the problem was that I was the only one higher than 3000 meters, making it almost impossible to make more than one kill with less efficient energy retention than the Ta 152 or other German fighters
Takeoff flaps are really good for that low speed stall fight regime you find yourself in vs jets. Plus using the rudder to snap roll is a good counter to a scissors
After scoring over 3,000 hours in this game, I can say that the P-51H is the best prop in the game without a doubt. It out-turns EVERYTHING you come against except for the bi and me-163 obviously, it's guns are quite good considering it takes down fighters in short sprays and bombers light on fire with just a few bullets, I've hit mach 0.9 in a dive before so it's quite fast in that aspect, it's WEP is powerful enough to pull you through a 25 degree climb at 190mph, and it has ammo to fight the entire lobby and then some. It can even get fully up tiered and still give the jets a run for their money, no questions asked. The H has been the best prop in the game for as long as I've been playing without a single doubt. Don't let any negative words about this plane convince you to not play it.
@@quarreneverett4767 Being a better player in the moment doesn't make the plane worse, I have a friend who plays the Mig-15 Bis like an absolute monkey and he still averages a 1.5 - 2 k/d.
You could say the same thing about the F2G spam. Just endless hordes of F2G's. But honestly i can't even be mad at the 288 players. It is practically the only way to still get reasonable amounts SL with how much the have nerfed the economy. If they just improved the overall SL gain, the 288 wouldn't be necessary. But no, Gajin insists on nerfing the economy every patch even more. Even with premium time you just barley brake ven in some BRs nowdays. I mean, you can bait the entire enemy team one after another, bait them into a pursuing you and while constanly staying juuust out of their guns so your team mates can easily kill them, and what will it net you? Exactly, 0SL and 0RP, ffs. Or Air RB with tanks ("ground" RB), where it isn't economically viable to spawn more than 2 maybe 3 vehicles as the game will have devolved into (CAS) spawncaming within 5 minutes. IF the players could reliably make more SL, the wouldn't care if they loose some SL in a match and actually fight to the last vehicle. BEcause it wouldn't be a big deal. Instead, most leave after one or two spawns, to save SL. So yeah, I am blaming Gajin, not the 288, or F2G, etc.
The F2G/288 spam imo are a result of how much they make for how little you need to work. I admit I contribute to it on the F2G behalf, but can you blame me? The game practically gives me SL just for flying it, and as I grind up closer to top tier I’m going to need it. I wish it were more exciting, more stuff like early jets, less schlock.
I contributed to the F2G spam as well, but there really wasn't anything I could do, I got it legit from the Battle Pass and it gives good rewards. I wanted to grind to the AD-4 and there was no fucking way in hell I'm playing ground attack aircrafts in Air RB Also, I'm curious, is the F2G generally considered OP in the community or is it just an annoyance as it's spammed to hell and back?
@@supasoljas7824 Speaking as someone who usually fights them flying Japanese planes... They're stupidly fast in a straight line, they climb stupidly fast, they dive stupidly fast and they hit hard. They're impossible to catch unless its in a turn. Sure, Japan faces a lot of things like that, but the F2G-1 cranks it up to 11. But the thing is, I rarely feel that way. Most of the time I catch them low and slow in dogfights they shouldn't be in. They have little awareness and their first instinct is to pull hard on the stick and hope for the best. But if I face one who knows what they're doing, my options dry up considerably. Its one of those fighters where inexperienced players have flocked to looking for an easy game and driven its WR and stats into the ground, making Gaijin think its struggling. When I see them on my team, its really hit or miss. I've flown with some really good F2G pilots who dominate the entire match, sometimes before I even get there, and others that got clubbed in a full downtier.
The F2G is honestly probably both my least favourite and favourite aircraft to fly out, it was the cheapest good SL grinder I could find, got me out of being absolutely broke for honestly not much money, the aircraft is amazing, it has the Wasp Major engine, which is super torquey and gives you an absolute ton of power. It easily kills Ju288s, and as long as you know your aircraft well, then you’re able to kill most other enemies with ease. Is it the most fun to fly? No, I prefer flying 4.3 or 9.0 if I’m honest (Swedish pyo, or Italian sag are just so much fun to fly) But does it earn me sl? Yes, and that’s why I bought it in the first place
I recently had great match where i and some other guy killed maybe three people by staying close together, i think he killed two guys with me as a bait and the other one just fell into his sights before i had the chance. Whole time we were helping each other, it was way more fun than normal until i saw the breadcrumbs i got for it. Rules for assigning rewards are just bs, i am not fan of people raging about kill stealing but if you spend few minutes building up for safe kill and then some guy just strolls into your crippled or disadvantaged target and gets the kill it's just depressing. Hopefully you atleast hit him before kill so you get assist. I often see players fighting about it even though this is completely artificially created problem by Gaijin. I dont play ground battles but my brother does and its just as ridiculous how often he gets killed by some garden with cannon.
@@rancorusia I mean the 51h is comparable performance wise to the spit 24, and is better suited for fighting against jets since its faster. Yes a spit 24 is capable against jets, but if a jet just doesn't play your game you don't stand a chance.
Call me crazy, but when they added the 288c it signified the death of 5.7 - 6.3ish BR air rb Full bomber teams with like 3 fighters is just sad. Before the 288c, 5.7 Ger ARB was like the creme de la creme of WT (for me, anyhow..) now its just prem garbage
@@SteelxWolf I completely agree, but I never saw B-29's gunshipping my teams fighters' at 2k M, they'd always fuckoff to the stratosphere. But those days are largely gone...
I no longer fly out my favorite 109’s (the G14, G10, and K4) because it’s always the same shit- entire team of bombers that dies 4 minutes into the match leaving you and your other 1 or 2 teammates who actually brought fighters getting clapped by 5 or 6 fighters at once.
@@rancorusia the problem is that base bombing gives way too much reward which pushes more people to use bombers to get in bomb a base and die only to still make a profit while at the same time the game does not force teams to be balanced fighters to bombers so it is possible to have a team with 7/12 players in bombers going up against a team with 10/12 players being in fighters. This could be fixed by forcing team compositions to require something like 4 bombers/8 fighters for a 12 player team on both teams so that they are at least balanced that way at the expense of likely increasing queue times. Another fix that could be done would be the addition of penalties for border or base humping as the last players alive, it is not fair to the more successful team to lose because the last player decides to fly circles around their airfields AA coverage to let the AI win the game for them by killing everything that goes after them or fly to the map border never to be seen again.
@@jhorn64 base bombing doesn't give a lot for rewards, in my lancaster it's has a 8k repair cost and one base only gives 4k sl back. So really I have to bomb two bases and get a few hits on the enemy to get a profit
@@jhorn64 base bombing rewards aren't a lot. The 288's modifier for rp and SL is what makes them popular along with their speed and borked defensive armament
The P-51H in sim is goated, I remember one of my first few matches I got in a dogfight with 3 Me-262s and it was such a fun fight and I got them all but I had to rtb immediately
288s are a big issue for super props. The other issue though is how undertier’d a lot of the US planes are compared to every other country besides the USSR which is pretty balanced for once. A good example is vs the G56 you can just play it as dumb as possible and still win. It has almost no advantages other than a one circle turn which is easy to avoid. Yet it’s rated the same as the P51H.
Honestly late props are a big contributing factor in US players getting to jets much earlier then they should. From 5.7-6.7 it's pretty much free kills every game with no real risk of loss. The F2G is everywhere, throw in some F4U-4Bs and other teams don't have much chance.
Or the mig-21PFM which literally gets eaten alive by everything. Like, it legit has no real weponry, and loses all of it's speed in a single turn, while struggling to get it back simply due to how fat it is.
Imo there are 2 things they can do to make this plane more playable: Uptier the Ju-288 to atleast 6.7. it can out speed any 6.0-6.3 fighter, out guns all of them and is one of the most survivable bombers in the game (I've set both engines on fire simultaneously and both almost always go out). And lower it's repair to 6-8k. 11k is ridiculous for a very average plane that gets terrible matchmaking and gets out classed alot.
I don't think the uptier would fix the issue. The main reason to play the 288 is desperation for SL. You WILL die in a 288, but you gain SL by bombing. I think the only way to deal with the core issue is an econ overhaul to make each playstyle profitable and perhaps survival a multiplier rather than flat SL award.
The other day I took a Yak-9UT out and in one match I was astonished to see all kinds of super props and early jets, from Yak 15s to Griff Spits, 262s Ta 152s, P-51s, Ki-84s. I wish we had more of those matchups
recently ive been flying the griffon spitfire at 6.7, and its actually very fun. i didnt get to meet ju288 that often and instead was greeted with, what you talked about, premium prop/jet players who dont know what theyre doing and its really fun.
I personally dont run away in a 288. I go straight from base to target and back. Sometimes i deviate to strafe bots and shoot down bot planes. I know i can outrun most things and anything that can get close usually doesnt have a good time with the turrets.
I stopped playing the Ju-288 when it become 6.0, so you can imagine how I feel about that BR range. +Mixed battles for Germany both in tanks and naval 5.7 is the meta, so I use the Ju-188 now!
@@nokiabrick2689 Same goes for: KV-1C , B1ter, T31, Sagitario, T-34/57(1942) AMX-13, Chi-Nu II ... just to name some others too. I no longer play those on their current BR!
7.0 to 9.0 is also a pain in the ass at the moment. It seems like everyone in any plane with any speed advantage only want to push headons even when they are in really powerful aircrafts that can do so much more including. And since its the lowest br are where sams are at airfields the amount of airfield camping is absurd. Also dont know what it is with german mains but it is almost always a german g91 or fw190 running and af camping.
Well to be fair dogfighting at 8.0+ BR usually results in the teammate of your opponent killing you while you're exposed, head ons are fairly safe and rewarding as long as you don't commit.
its just as bad, even worse playing on the axis side b/c you often get the small 6v6 matches and it really just ends up being a 2v6 or 1v6 if there is also an attacker. Been maxed uptiered a few times when playing Fw190 d12 and its pure pain. 288 pilots are utterly useless and whenever i check their stat cards the winrates of that bomber are so stupid low. normally only about 30%
Try anything Bristish that costs tripple compared to anything US, for similar planes. The Sea Fury doesn't have its wartime engine setting, and no octane like it should have as deployed in WW2, nor does alot of the UK planes have Octane like they used in WW2. No one side climbs anymore so you're the only one left with any altitude and a dead team. Naval? Oh it's full of bots with 4000 deaths and 100 kills....
Thats why i mostly play props exclusively in arcade and occasionally jets in rb but mostly arcade as well because i want to have some action and not just play flight sim. The problem ive had in arcade though is you will have 2 people that just kill ground targets and the game will be over in 5 minutes. The first fight is always a head on fight where you get rammed into and by the time you get back to the action in your second plane the match is already over. They either need to increase the amount of tickets in arcade or just make ground targets other than the bases not count for tickets. I think if realistic battles had a spawn point system like ground battles i would play it alot more too because i like having a lineup of planes to use rather than just one.
Ki-84s have the same problem but on the receiving end: 288 spam as allies against things that can do very well ganging up against you (since most 288s just die). It does very well against the P-51H, Spitfires, and even the Ta-152H and Yaks sometimes alone, but it doesn't matter since they'll both come against you at once. Such a pain to work with those 288 guys, even more of a pain to work against them since my Ki-84 pilot keeps getting sniped.
Surprisingly 6.0 has been one of my favorite tiers lately, though I’m incredibly biased as I practically main the ki83 and the ta152, with some spitfire mixed in for spice
I've had the P51H before the JU288 spam, and it was a MONSTER of a vehicle, it styles on most things at it's tier and is one hell of a ground attack plane too.
I play the F-89B at 7.0 but when I get a down tier I try to assist my fellow prop planes. I love flying with P-51H’s. They cover my turning weakness and I cover the speed and guns department. I’ll engage enemies at an altitude advantage, I’ll take on any jets and if need be I can strafe a 288 that’s giving us grief. But for the most part I try not to interfere or kill steal a dogfight between props. So if you see an F-89B flying red smoke, thatd be me.
I mostly played 6.0 match with F4U-4B. It has decent turn rate, decent speed, and powerful 4 barrels of 20mm. And If I dive and gain some speed, it can even chase the 7.0 jets. I make so many SL and so many kills with this buddy. And god, I love this plane.
It's awful because the JU-288c is probably one the better German tech tree grinders and Gaijin knows it sells like hot cakes, while that whole BR is a mess because of it.
As an AD-2/4 mains,I always find at least one German player flying a Ju 288, bombs a base, flies into nowhere if he’s the only one left and the sequence repeats all over again in the next match until I change my BR range or find any match without German team(which is pretty much impossible). It’s pretty boring to be honest.
YOOOOO IT’S HERE and the same thing happens In my p38k, but You should play the 4u4b because the 20mm chew them up (I think You already made a video of it though)
Day 9 of asking to play the yak4 at 2.0 Start by a dive directly at q base that has another base clise to it ( 2 bases beside each other) 4 bombs for each Go straight to your base killing some ai on the way with your 7.62 Some planes will come on your back going in a straigh line with minimal evading is recommended and try to hit their engines with ur turret since they have weak engines a damaged one will lead them to crash i return to the airfield with 2 bases with 4 to 5 ai kills and 1 or 2 planes after taking off i go for bases if left but if not i will focus on ground targets cuz aa is the bain of this plane so bombing airfields is not recommended Bonus:do not forget to have smoke always on to piss the enemies 🤣
Well now you get to feel the pain of what it felt like to play Germany superprops back in the "5.7 top BR props" day, when every match you were going up against the US with over 60% bombers. Spading the T-152C when it first came out was at least easy, sniping bombers.
I saw this video when i was still at 2.0 or 2.3 back in February/March (around when i started playing). Now, my highest BR tech tree vehicle is the Spitfire LF Mk.IX (highest BR plane is the Me-262 A1a/U1 atm) and i can totally relate. Ju-288 spam, Do-335 or Fw-190D space climbers that dive every now and then knowing no one can catch them, 6v6 matches... It just sucks. Worst part is that the plane i want to get right now, the Meteor F Mk.3, requires me to play Rank 4, so it's either playing my very average but kinda fun Spitfire Mk.XVI with the clipped wings, suffer in the LF Mk.IX with better multipliers.... or suffer in the Whirlwind or Brigand... rough
Playing USA at 6.0 is just a couple super props fighting for their lives against Bf-109 Ks and Ta-152s meanwhile chasing around Ju 288 Cs that are running around the world
This is literally my favorite plane to fly. The ju 288 spam makes easy kills and this plane can literally dominate any fighter or even early jets. The only thing I hate is that the repair cost on the P-51h is massive
In WT Air RB, bombers, especially the heavy bombers, don’t really have a huge impact on matches because their job (blowing up bases and airfields) doesn’t actually decide who wins anymore. Heavy bombers are big and slow, so they get taken down easily by enemy fighters since they don’t have great defenses. This makes them feel like they’re just there to be shot down rather than actually helping the team win. Frontier bombers like the JU-288C and TU-2, which are faster and tougher, can make more of a change in the game since they can win air fights and/or blow up bases, For the problem of "JU-288C spam" They could limited the number of bombers to 2 in in teams with 8 people or less instead of 4. And for heavy bombers they should add back destroying airfields and adjust their spawn height for them so they could actually play a more important role in the game
I feel ya. This was my favorite BR area for almost all nations and now its ruined by 288 spam. don't even want to play the game anymore cause 6.0 was all i had fun in :(
Gaijin knows about the ju 288 problem but the snail dont remove it from the store because is the gaijin's free money Ik my english is bad, im from Brazil
As a german main, I hate getting into these lobbies with all the 288s because it leaves me and the one other fighter on our team to fight an entire allied team that consists of spitfires, bearcats, and F-82s :,)
Well even with the 288 spam, even if you get uptiered to jets, then you have to deal with the Su-11 spam which in my opinion, is even worse then the 288 spam
Some of my experience against Ta 152Hs left me quite unimpressed. I was once flying a fully stock LF Mk IX at 4000 - 5000 meters and a Ta 152H engages me with an energy advantage. Naturally he tries to energy fight me only get absolutely slapped by a stock P-51D-5 engine. Seriously even a very unoptimally played LF Mk IX can be a pain for the enemy team. Such as that one time I hadn't switched my control schemes around and was flying with 150 octane fuel, as I like to do. It was on Sicily and my team were all going to rearm and refuel. Naturally I go up against 4 German super props (No Ju 288s) and keeping them bussy with my M2 50 cals (Remember I screwed up my control schemes) and manage to take out 2 before the cavalry arrives. Gaijin could remove the LF Mk IX's 150 octane fuel modification and I wouldn't even care.
Most 152 pilots are quite incompetent. It's a mighty dangerous plane on a 1v1 when the pilot knows what he's doing. It used to be quite shitty, but nowadays it's one of the best props in the game IMO...
@@Jaeger_89 hard to play but extremely good once you get the hang of it. I believe most Bf109 K4/Ta152/Me262/Me163 players are there just to keep the BR low...
The LF spit is a very hit or miss plane I find. It easily gets rid of any plane flown by a noob, but all it takes to make it useless is a good pilot in a 190/109. I legit had a game in it where I ended up doing nothing (like literally 0 score), because I was stuck dodging a single 190 the whole game.
So freaking annoying, I don’t mind the 288c but when I play as a 5.7, I consistently get matched with 6.7/7.0 and end up with Me 262s It basically renders the AM-1 useless
People complain about planes flocking to Ground Battles for easy kills. But in my experience, I have much more fun dogfights in GRB with the consistent amount of fighter-bomber players as well as the fact that there is no markers which conditions you to be more cautious and know how to read energy levels by not knowing the distance marker.
Some years ago there was the B 29 spam , lower Br than the Ju288, it was almost impossible to kill the to the their high speed and altitude spawn. They fixed it and replaced it with the Ju288, obviously Gayjin does not learn from their mistakes.
I got the F4U 4B last week I was so hyped to play a 5.7 plane that was until I saw max repair cost is 12 K and the BR is full with jets ,I won 1 out of 3 matches and lost all my silver lions so until I get the P 80 I wont touch anything above 5.0
i think AdamtheEnginerd made a video years ago about Ta 152 H1 vs P51H(with DEFYN), which convinced him that Ta 152 H will win against P51H in a prolonged dogfight
Glad im down at 3.0s and 4.0s... (A-20G Havoc is my go to plane for America btw) And you are actually good because i cant even survive a game in fighter so i fly strike aircraft
Ju 288 is the reason I only use my super corsair in ground. Ju 288c spawns in space, drops bombs and turns around before anyone can even get close to the battlefield, let alone climb enough to do any damage. It should have an airfield spawn, 5km behind the fighter airfield.
The Ju 288s aren't the only problem, the matchmaker's inability to scrounge together enough planes for full teams is the main problem. All the 7.0 jets get uptiered and all the 5.0 props get downtiered due to Wyvern spam. I've found that your best bet if you're on the US side in this scenario is to kill the fighters and then ground pound. If you're equipped properly, you'll do more ticket damage faster than the 288s can, and you'll make lions and RP relatively stress-free for it too.
I find in the H you can just turn fight TA152s. But yeah, they can energy trap you well, but you can often turn under them and eventually drain their energy. On an even playing field your acceleration and turn rate means u can just brainlessly hold S and win. It's the Bf-109s that terrify me because they can just dodge every shot you take and also outturn you

its limited by 4 but should be 2
That's why I love F4U-4B so much at this BR range.

They're gonna add fire extinguisher to bombers, goodluck trying to kill that ju288s
I went with Ki100 4.0 against 5.7 planes and I killed 3 of them luckily, I died vs a Bf109 which rammed into me xD
basically the situation with my a6m5 ko right now. i used to enjoy it when it was at 4.7. now it got put up to 5.0 and its perma ju288 c all day
Rather than nerf the Ju-288 the nerfed the Jumbo even more, so now a 6.3 heavy tank can be front penned by a PzIV, and ANYWHERE on the tank can be killed by a Tiger or Panther.
Bro stop hating on the jumbo it’s a assault tank
Every game I play at 6.0 I pray that there is no Ta152 squad against me. They are just never not 2+ km above everyone else.
I had quite hard time dogfighting a ta152 in my a6m6
I just started running it with a buddy. It's a great plane, looks like a greyhound, and it flys like one too
If you have a really good dogfighter (spitfire any type) you can play while switching circles to keep your energy while not getting the enemy nose on you !

I wanted to grind to the AD-4 and there was no fucking way in hell I'm playing ground attack aircrafts in Air RB
Also, I'm curious, is the F2G generally considered OP in the community or is it just an annoyance as it's spammed to hell and back?
No, I prefer flying 4.3 or 9.0 if I’m honest (Swedish pyo, or Italian sag are just so much fun to fly)
But does it earn me sl?
And then there's the Spitfire Mk24 at 7.0 getting up tiered to 7.7 every match (:

I no longer fly out my favorite 109’s (the G14, G10, and K4) because it’s always the same shit- entire team of bombers that dies 4 minutes into the match leaving you and your other 1 or 2 teammates who actually brought fighters getting clapped by 5 or 6 fighters at once.
how small are your games where 4 planes is the entire team?

“Skill issue actual.”
Please remind me to use this as my military code name in two years.

Ju 288 is one of the 4 pillars of Gaijin business model. Economy in this game is so fked up that casuals need to fly that in order to keep up on SL
I personally dont run away in a 288. I go straight from base to target and back. Sometimes i deviate to strafe bots and shoot down bot planes. I know i can outrun most things and anything that can get close usually doesnt have a good time with the turrets.

F2G-1 tho
God I wish there was a ranking where you could play in historica battles, or at least have them ranked within a few years of each other.
Day 9 of asking to play the yak4 at 2.0
Start by a dive directly at q base that has another base clise to it ( 2 bases beside each other) 4 bombs for each
Go straight to your base killing some ai on the way with your 7.62
Some planes will come on your back going in a straigh line with minimal evading is recommended and try to hit their engines with ur turret since they have weak engines a damaged one will lead them to crash i return to the airfield with 2 bases with 4 to 5 ai kills and 1 or 2 planes after taking off i go for bases if left but if not i will focus on ground targets cuz aa is the bain of this plane so bombing airfields is not recommended
Bonus:do not forget to have smoke always on to piss the enemies 🤣
There needs to be a game mode for High BR aircraft brought down to a low BR rating to allow lower tier players to enjoy high tier aircraft.

There should be a voluntary uptier button for solo players
I love the ta152 but I share a similar opinion on the 288, despite having used it to make up for awful repair costs
The Ta-152 is a menace. I ran into a squad of 4 yesterday hovering at 20K feet and just left the battlefield.
The Ju 288 spam is the only reason why I avoid using super prop planes.
I agree bro, the ju288s ruin 6.0

This BR is why I never get to take out the bearcat, quite literally my favorite aircraft, because it's just not fun.

Yeah pretty much. The Ta 152 underestimated the LF Mk IX Spitfire and got shot up for that.
The LF spit is a very hit or miss plane I find.
It easily gets rid of any plane flown by a noob, but all it takes to make it useless is a good pilot in a 190/109.
I legit had a game in it where I ended up doing nothing (like literally 0 score), because I was stuck dodging a single 190 the whole game.
we not gonna talk about the casual $350 plane 😂 3:38
I love the P-51H it’s just sad that the match maker is so boring at 6.3. Also what’s your thoughts on F-11?
So freaking annoying, I don’t mind the 288c but when I play as a 5.7, I consistently get matched with 6.7/7.0 and end up with Me 262s
It basically renders the AM-1 useless
People complain about planes flocking to Ground Battles for easy kills. But in my experience, I have much more fun dogfights in GRB with the consistent amount of fighter-bomber players as well as the fact that there is no markers which conditions you to be more cautious and know how to read energy levels by not knowing the distance marker.
Some years ago there was the B 29 spam , lower Br than the Ju288, it was almost impossible to kill the to the their high speed and altitude spawn. They fixed it and replaced it with the Ju288, obviously Gayjin does not learn from their mistakes.
Tbh this is one of the worst brs in air rb, german teams are basically ju288 spam and allied teams are event/bp vehicles spam
He acknowledged in the comments that updates to both flight models (I believe p51 buffs) have outdated his video and claim
The Spitfire Mk22 and Mk24 basically always get put with Jets. 6.0 would be a dream.
Me running from the P-51 in my Arado 🏃♂️💨💨💨💨💨💨💨💨💨💨💨💨💨💨💨💨
Glad im down at 3.0s and 4.0s...
(A-20G Havoc is my go to plane for America btw)
And you are actually good because i cant even survive a game in fighter so i fly strike aircraft
SO TRUE ITS SO HARD WITH THE BF109 and fw 190 are PAIN
Did I time travel? This was literally the reason I quit the gme 5 years or so ago but from the other side... oh how the turn tables....
Ju 288 is the reason I only use my super corsair in ground. Ju 288c spawns in space, drops bombs and turns around before anyone can even get close to the battlefield, let alone climb enough to do any damage. It should have an airfield spawn, 5km behind the fighter airfield.
And then another bomber in this game is useless maybe think about both pilots before speaking
1:14 that fight was beautiful
Man I managed to boom&zoom an f89 in a k4, that was hilarius in more than 1 way.
