After a bit of practice I was able to solo the event white fatalis with a bomber prowler (defy the profecy) with 7 mins remaining, would have been a bit faster if I didn't cart twice, build was mostly the usual stuff but using earplugs instead of WEX

First, your cat should be at lv99
I recommend a Gathering cat, it has the highest boomerang damage, and then the Sharuga weapon
Go on affinity as best you can, take piercing boomerangs and big boomerangs and throw as many mega boomerangs as you can on his chest or head👍

the palico on the video is a gathering palico.
gathering, alongside bomber and charisma (not sure of this) are some of the few types which can lauch up to 3 boomerangs

It took me a bit to figure it out and a lot of repels

@@seuprimovei0 it's Gathering, Support and Healer (my beloved) prowlers that can toss 3 boomerangs
Bomber has an explosive adept evade (you drop 1 bomb like in Explosive roll and you get to roll around for a bit, or cancel it with melee)
Charisma can do an aerial hop (like Fighter) when Palico Rally (instead of Furr-ious) is active, but instead of the x combo's final hit, you just get to simply do the Ledge attack
