We have been robbed at least 3 times and one time they took everything we owned. Why did your security alarm not alert the police? You need a new security company! No one deserves to be robbed, especially a small family business. You never get rid of that disgusting feeling you get after being robbed. Some people are so horrible to do that!

I'm so sorry because of the break-in. Two months ago someone broke into our new car and it costed our insurance more than 10000 dollars to fix everything. I was so angry and I have a lot of respect for you Khoa - you seemed to be so calm about it, I would have freaked out. When I saw the two burglars in the security video I felt this anger raising up again. Really - credits for staying so calm! And by the way, I love you guys!
