Hello USA! Writing from Toulon city in France/ French Riviera. You are using so many police cars and helicopters...it cost a lot. Pursuit is very dangerous for others. That's why I don't understand why when the car was stopped at the parking, Police didn't prevent the car from leaving while surrounding it. The result is a long, dangerous and pointless pursuit that costs more. Why also the police didn't fire to the wheels when the car was stationary?
