It's cleary that your amp tpa3110 is having "hungry" ( I saw the voltage drops on input and output voltimeters). dc-dc buck can't create energy, you must feed it with a more powerful main power supply. Good luck!

pwede kaya yan sa tricycle, yung mini amplifier ko kc kaya nman patunugin ng 12volts pero mas ok sana kung mapapa abot ko kahit 19volts para mas malakas..
