Follow the label, 3 words that could save so many people from problems. We just spoke about treatments and I said practically the same as you did. Stop reading facebook and just read the label. Great conversation David. Dr Peck is a wealth of knowledge. Following a formula, spot on. So many want the magical formula and do not understand that Beekeeping is dependent on so many factors that vary year to year. Really enjoyed this chat David.

A couple of comments. I find this video to be incredibly interesting. I learned so much. Having said that the best sleep I've gotten in months was listening to this video for a 2nd time.

DARN! I missed Dr Peck live. I would have loved to ask him if he knows of anyone working on new, innovative, and more accurate and sensitive methods of varroa mite detection for us few folks beekeeping in still varroa free locations. Thanks 😊

I found the video confusing in a few areas. One minute, there is a discussion about how bees don't use pollen patties very well. Then, there is a comment about how giving pollen patties in the Spring causes swarms. So, does it not work or does it work too well?

I find it very frustrating that I will receive my box of Formic Pro and the expiration date is only 2 months from the arrival date. I only have a few hives so I either throw out the majority of my purchase or use the outdated product.
