24 kt is very soft so its best to make the jewellery in 22kt but for the gemstones 21 or 18kt is the best

Thank you so much dear, when you try to sell your gold in 22kt , you will not get the same price what you have purchased earlier as making charge plus other charges will be deducted, so in return, if you want to take 21kt, there won't be much difference
