I was hoping to see more of the love story and Double Combo Combat of Prince and Elika, They are absolute powerhouses together.
It's a shame they never made a sequel to Prince Of Persia 2008. It's a very well made game and honestly much better than The Forgotten Sands.
The epilogue DLC was short but fun if you've never played it.

2008 was a massive disaster and one of the most poorly-written games in terms of story as well as the gameplay being so bad with it's combat, you might as well just turn this game into a visual novel instead, it would do more good than bad this way.
The Lost Crown and Rogue PoP are miles above everything post-SoT and it's not even close, they are the best right now PoP has to offer.

Just as much as im nostalgic and sucker for new full-fledged AAA Prince of Persia games. Im glad that they're going into this direction rather than killing the series like they are doing with Assassin's Creed.
Yeah, we need new stuff (The Forgotten Sands came out 14 years ago) and it's good that they're letting developers experiment with the IP.
It would be boring if we just got a remake of Sands Of Time and that's it. Doubt they'd remake Warrior Within.
Would be cool if a properly new 3D game was made like Prince Of Persia 2008 too though. Can't just keep playing the trilogy forever.

What hades 2 does to a release date
hades 2 early access released on 7 May and so many people are playing hades 2 including evil empire staff (that's what they said) and hades 2 is getting very popular so they don't want to release this game right now because people will get confused between what to play and so many people might choose hades 2 because they are already in and nobody wants to leave a game in halfway so it can reduce the players that are going to play pop the rogue.

This is looking a lot better than the initial trailer imo. The first map designs they showed off made it seem like a cheap flash game, where as this trailer actually makes me want to play it.
I hope ubisoft didn't ruin this one with multiple in game purchases. This one looks solid and the devs behind it also known for a solid title

That doesn't mean it is accurate to 100% , since his fashion sense is only loosely referencing the old stuff, plus the skin color is not purple, which is far more inaccurate than Sargon's, who on the other hand looks more like a normal person on the account of having realistic skin tones for that region.
The truth is, no one wants to have someone who looks too "black", because it makes them threatened that such people could take away "their" turf as "Supreme masterace"
Historical accuracy is a smokescreen for racism and nothing more.
PoP is fantasy and should stay that way.

Hope Ubisoft reviists the indie scene by investing a little bit on various artsy projects like they did back with Child of Light. Just a little bit investment will do wonders.

There’s a Sands of Time remake that’s been in development hell for years now. Long enough for multiple other PoP games to release, apparently.
Which is a good thing, the original trilogy aged quite well, I'd rather play something new
The Sands Of Time remake was rebooted and given to Ubisoft Montreal. But the trilogy has aged really well. The controls are still great.
The Forgotten Sands came out 14 years ago. 😐 New Prince Of Persia games are needed way more than remakes.
