Actually in the show that thing in his forearm was a bomb. (he had those hidden on each limb, though) The rat mode was almost that big on the show and the maximal badges were that tiny, so that's screen accured. :) love this character!!

I actually didn't really like and was kind of annoyed with Rattrap at first, but he definitely grew on me, and I started to like his character more but still off and on. By the end of the show, I really liked his character and he's probably the character that I would be most like.

Rattrap would squeeze them to arm the device and then he could essentially stick them anywhere needed, and then they would be detonated either once the timer went off or with a remote device.
Actually transclearant is a word, it pretty much means transparent only its something that's cloudy to see through, like rattrap's gun is, then transparent it something you can see through that isnt smokey, so you can see perfectly through it like a house window

No they are not grenades they are demolition charges that Rattrap uses when he needs to destroy either things in his way or to destroy Predacons.
The forearm weapon is not binoculars at all they are sticky bombs
