Getting out of the VR areas was probably the best part of Episode 2. They were larger than they should have been, and filled with some rather annoying enemy combinations. :P Needless to say, I enjoyed being out in the Jungle, annoying enemies or not. This tune is quite soothing as well. :P
episode 2 was perfect to me. The VR was cramped and intense and about overcoming everything you had learned so far, and then you go back down to ragol and it's TOTALLY wild and new and out of control nature that you have no chance of taming, and this music really drove that home for me. Episode 2 was forever my favorite for that.

This is Central Control Area, Jungle area in the Gamecube Episode 2 version of PSO. You won't be able to play this on v2 but Sylverant does support Ep2 on GC. Most people play the later upgraded version of Ep2 that is called Blue Burst which was on PC only. However Sylverant doesn't support Blue Burst. The servers called Ephinea and SCHT both exclusively support Blue Burst, so there are plenty of places to easily start playing Blue Burst online. Or you can try GC Ep2 on Sylverant; nobody else supports Gamecube PSO.
Wild I thought SCHTACK er whatevs supported awl. I curiously jus burnt their Dreamcast boot disc (ew back to the GD) but couldn't connect. IVES PSO CDI is stunning!
I guess it does according to their website, but I'm not sure about how much traffic they have. Ask Ives, he'd know whether it was worth using or not. Use his EP disc, that's where the fun starts.
Yikes, I've that burnt too for when I'm feelin dangerous. Does the boosted drop rate also happen on VH diff? Only in freeplay? er just key in /sdrops on stock disc too? I just started up DreamPi lolike end of January 2017. I'm nearing level 113 now. Nice to meetcha
Ives adjusted enemy body part drops in VH, but all other changes are Ultimate only. Freeplay only. Do not use /sdrops for EP play. You should contact him on DC-talk.com or Discord and ask him personally.

The music is beautiful but I'll put it like this. If you don't have Cure/Shock in Ultimate this area is going to be hell.

I’m extremely lucky to still have a working disc of the game. Been playing on it for almost 14 years now, it never gets stale...
