I’m pretty sure Pyro is the only one that has a possible way of getting out of their prison sentence is with the insanity plea, because in the “Meet the Pyro” video (and I believe some of TF2 comics) shows that as far as Pyro knows, they’re spreading joy to the world as fire brings joy to them.
What about soldier due to his lead poisoning?

If my memory serves me right, the Bisons "projectile" used to just be a bunch of particles. When it was changed and became an actual projectile, it lost the ability to ignite arrows.
The arrow ignition likely just was some Source pasta.
@KimFareseed it's because of Jungle Inferno remaking the fire particles. Because of its revamp to being "back to normal," it uses the old fire particles... the ones that aren't in use anymore. Poor Bison man.
You know the worst part? It's basically all but outright stated Pyro doesn't seem to know they're actually in a war, imagining it as a fun rainbow land, as seen in Meet The Pyro where everything viewed through their eyes is sunshine and rainbows with the mercs as little flying babies that they blow bubbles at. So its likely Pyro has the most war crimes UNINTENTIONALLY.
Except in the comics its directly shown they know what fire actually is and when a bear asks him to have fire safety they strait up kill the bear with an axe that pyro actually sees as an axe while they are upset.

Substract 1 from demoman. mines only applies to armaments wich detonate themselves. once it's manually detonated its ok. It's really more about the leftover mines after a battle being likely to kill civillians.

Funny enough the huntsman bow probably wouldn’t be counted as a war crime as historically there is a man by the name of Mad Jack, who in WWII fought with nothing but a bow, arrows, a claymore (the sword), and bagpipes.

1.all weapon will be low damage if you are far from your enemy
2.holiday punch
-attack from behind will make enemy laught(stuned)
3.jarate make mini crits
4.grapling hook will make enemy bleeding
5.the dumpster diver loadout will be more op
6.beware to a player/attacker medic that will never help you capture flag,control point/phusing a cart
7.overdose make you faster when ubercharge
