I have 2 beautiful Nigerian friends here in UK and they are the best, they love my Ghana food and I love their nigerian foods too.
One thing is my nigerian friends use easy cook rice which I don't like as a Ghanaian and also I love using basmati long grain rice which my 2 friends don't like it much as they are used to easy cook .
But we still enjoyed each others food ,I love my nigerian friends ❤️.

Tool beef is salted cured beef. Ghanaian food is very nice and tourists can get enough. Nigerians call kenkey the food of heaven you should try.. ghamians taught Nigerians about jolloff when we sojourned in Nigeria . Nigerians were using palm oil to cook jollof until we arrived. Banku and kenkey are made of sour dough. The pepper can be made milder

We love this program. So entertaining. These local foods are also best prepared by the tribe it is associated with. Best fufu are prepared by the Asante’s. Kenkey by Gas. Waakye by Hausa and mostly those from North and Zongos. Beans by Ewes. Jollof and Kokonte is general.

These people inhabited the rice coast of Africa besides the Djollof people are from these countries not Nigeria or ghana

From the way this guy said the jollof is undone, I have gotten the idea of how they prepare their plain rice and jollof. Jollof must not be too soft and watery. If plain rice is cooked like that, we use it for rice balls like banku. It must be a little bit soft but well cooked. That means Nigeria jollof is pekyee gumu nsuo. Add more water😂
